Hi, I’m Wayne! I’ve been working in maintenance at Lower Meadow for the past year, ensuring that our residents are safe and that the home is always looking their best. I take great pride in my work and am dedicated to keeping everything running smoothly.
One of my proudest achievements is passing all inspections with flying colours, reflecting the high standards I set in everything I do. In my spare time, I’m an avid fan of classic scooters and can even build a Lambretta from scratch! When I’m not working, you’ll often find me walking the dogs, enjoying the outdoors, and appreciating the little things in life.
Hi, I’m Tracey! As a Housekeeper at Lower Meadow, I make a difference every day by ensuring our residents have a clean, comfortable home to live in. I work closely with the team to meet all expectations and maintain the high standards of the home.
I’m passionate about my work and take pride in creating a welcoming environment for everyone. Outside of work, I love travelling and have had the privilege of visiting over 10 countries. When I'm at home, I enjoy reading, watching films, and taking the dogs out to the fields. I also love spending weekends at my static caravan, where I can unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
I'm Maxine. With over 6 years of experience as a Home Administrator at Lower Meadow, I take pride in fostering a positive and welcoming environment. I truly enjoy meeting and connecting with residents and their families, and while the job can be challenging at times, I find it incredibly rewarding. I’m a happy person, a good listener, and always strive to make others feel heard and valued.
Outside of work, I cherish spending quality time with my family and creating lasting memories. I love holidays abroad, as well as enjoying the beautiful Isle of Wight with my loved ones.
