There is always a good atmosphere in the home. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Mum is very settled and enjoys chatting to the staff. I understand there are refurbishments planned as the furnishings in Mum's room are quite tired but overall, the surroundings are good. Outings were talked about
and it would be good if more of these could be arranged.

We are very pleased with the care that Dad is receiving. All of the staff are plentiful and seem to be very caring and nothing is too much trouble. All round excellent.

My mum has been a resident since the summer of 2022. Staff are caring, trying to include her in activities and ensuring she's eating/drinking properly.
Whenever we've had any questions or concerns, these have been dealt with effectively. Staff have supported us in navigating the health/care system
to get necessary assessments for Mum's care.
It's so reassuring to know that Mum's safe and being looked after by people that genuinely seem to care about her. Thank you!

My wife seems to be settled now, and well looked after. All the staff are very caring and often a helpful hand in arranging visits, despite the outbreaks of covid.

Because of covid, I haven't been able to see mum for a long time. I've always found the staff here caring and compassionate in what must be a difficult and probably poorly paid job. Mum looks well and well cared for. I haven't been for such a while, I can't answer the questions as accurately as I'd
like.

Every time I visit (once a week) my sister-in-law seems very happy, well dressed in her own clothes. The staff are always very friendly, polite and helpful. My mother-in-law has been a resident at Bramble Lodge since April 2021. She took a while to settle in but now appears to be happy, is cared for and looks well. Unfortunately due to covid restrictions, I have yet to see her room or any other rooms in the home, apart from virtually and I cannot visit
as often as I would like to. However, I have found all the staff to be extremely friendly and welcoming, including the managers.

When I arrived I was greeted with lots of friendly faces. The COVID test was taken efficiently. My mother was brought to me in the coffee room. All the staff were very helpful coffee/tea were offered to me with a quick chat with a service member of staff updating me on my mother's overall health and
well being. I have total confidence in their ability to look after her. Thank you.

Mum has been at Bramble Lodge for three years now. She enjoys her time here, although her sight and mobility cause issues for her to joining in activities. Her room is very nice, and the care she received is attentive as requested from time to time and always dignified. She enjoys the food available,
although she can be fussy about certain things.

The staff were very diligent about keeping our surroundings Covid-safe and hygienic. Later in the visit, I was able to discuss my mother's health with the assistant manager and we have established a good relationship.

Natasha Hill has been with Only Care since 2000, starting her career at just 16 as a Kitchen Assistant. She quickly progressed through roles as Care Assistant, Senior Care Assistant, and became Deputy Manager in 2013. In 2020, she stepped into the role of Registered Home Manager.


With over two decades of experience in care, Natasha brings a deep understanding of day-to-day operations and has led the implementation of new care planning and medication systems. Her journey reflects a lifelong commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
