Thank you for taking the time to review Heather Vale and we are pleased you rate our care/support as good. In order to cover annual leave and other absences, we have continued to ensure that we have the required number of staff to provide quality care and ensure the safety of our residents. We have continued to provide varied daily activities for our residents but respect their wishes if they don’t wish to participate. Once current restrictions on visiting are lifted, we look forward to restarting our relative and resident meetings. We have discussed your concerns and remain happy to continue to do this going forward at a mutually convenient time.

My father moved to Heather Vale in December 2017 and I visit him there several times a week. I know he’s safe and well cared for and we can spend quality father/daughter time together which is so important at this stage in his life. Thank you to all the staff for making this possible.
