Amberwood Care Home Ltd Reviews (2)
Over all time Amberwood Care Home Ltd has 2 reviews.
When I had to find a care home for my husband near to our home, three people recommended Amberwood Care Home for its quality of care. Amberwood certainly lives up to its reputation. My husband has lived in the home for more than two years and is content to stay there. Although he is wheelchair-bound and cannot speak, he is treated with respect and as an individual. His personal and medical needs are met fully. The staff are caring and patient. The home is light, airy, clean, sweet-smelling and well maintained. There is a small, attractive garden with seating for residents and visitors to use. The food is good. There are activities each morning and afternoon, apart from Sunday, which residents are encouraged to join in, and they have a say in what activities take place. Friends and relatives of the residents are welcomed and are kept well informed. If I became unable to care for myself, I would hope to find a home in Amberwood.
Thank you for your review, and for taking the time to publish it here. We feel very privileged to be able to care for your husband and think he is just wonderful. As always, if there is anything we can do to help make his experience even better, please let us know. Kind regards, and thank you again for leaving us a review.
The most wonderful care providing facility that can be imagined! My Mum has been resident for approx. 3 months and has had fabulous care which I personally feel has saved her life! Everyone has made her feel loved and cared about and nothing has been too much trouble for the care staff. Quite remarkable people, who not only have given wonderful care but have been brilliant at communication to ensure that I have been aware and up to date of any changes concerns or needs. The food that is supplied is also worth a mention as it is beyond excellent with a wide choice and superb chefs.
