Lovely comfortable home with considerate carers. My aunt always enjoys the good. She likes her room too. Although she complains when we visit, I honestly believe that she is happy and sociable when we are not there.

Impressed with the care plan written for my mother who has recently joined the care home. The staff are friendly, helpful and calm. My mother has behavioural issues and the staff have managed to change her clothes daily and carry our personal care which she often refused. There are lots of improvements being made to the home which all benefit the residents. All the staff and the manager are very approachable.

Overall Experience

The Management and Staff are all very welcoming and they clearly care about their residents. My parents originally went into the home for some respite care and have decided to stay, which says a great deal for the care they are receiving. The management and staff are also very approachable and have been there to answer any questions I have had. The room allocated for my parents was redecorated before they 'moved in' which was a really nice touch. My Mum has special dietary requirements and this has not been made an issue of at all, in fact the cook seems to have enjoyed the challenge! The building itself is spacious, light and airy and has a nice atmosphere.

My friend has been in a care home before and hated the whole experience, until she says she discovered Kibworth Court, she met the manager prior to moving in and said she felt she trusted her at once, staff are happy and always laughing, the home is bright and currently being decorated with bright things for the people living there, I am just so glad that my friend was recommended to the home. She is looking and eating better and its lovely to see her old self back again. and her room is huge.

Overall Experience

Have been so impressed by the staff and facilities at this home. Going into care was not a step my uncle wanted to take but he has been helped to settle in and feel at home by all the staff. All staff members are happy, cheerful and attentive and I cannot praise them highly enough. On arrival my uncle was not eating and drinking very well, if at all, but he is now tackling his lovely meals with enthusiasm thanks to the encouragement of staff. All the rooms are large and bright and are being redecorated at present. Visitors are made to feel welcome. My uncle has very recently celebrated his 100th birthday and everyone helped to make it a very special day for him and all his friends who turned up to enjoy the occasion. I am very happy with the care my uncle is receiving and have no hesitation in recommending Kibworth Court.
