Upon my visit to Orchard Manor View, to visit my long-time neighbour, I was warmly greeted by the lovely staff that look after her. I haven't visited many care homes, but I have to say that Orchard Manor View is exceptional in every way, more like a luxury hotel than a care home. My neighbour informed me that she is very well looked after and has made some lovely friends, who, all together, enjoy the wonderful activities. I left just before lunchtime, the delicious smells coming from the kitchen and dining room had my mouth watering on my way out.
Since my mum has been in the care home for nearly two years now, she has been treated with the utmost respect. All the staff are very kind and friendly. The rooms and building are kept very clean and tidy. Mum enjoys her food there, as well as most of the activities that are put on daily. Thanks to all at Orchard Manor View.
After two and a half years, I continue to be impressed with Orchard Manor View and have a good relationship with the longstanding staff who are all very experienced and so caring.
Orchard Manor View and all the staff are absolutely amazing, compassionate, caring and professional at all times. This home is without question the best in Leicestershire. It's spotlessly clean and has everything you could ask for. The private rooms are exceptional and have the feel and look of a five-star facility whilst still feeling like your home. I cannot recommend Orchard Manor View highly enough. My mother has never looked as well or been as happy as she is here. Thank you.
I would just like to say a big thank you to everyone at Orchard Manor View for looking after my late father-in-law. While visiting him at the care home, he was always looking very dignified and well-dressed. They seem to have very well-trained staff who take care of looking after every resident's individual needs. I would have to give it a five-star rating for its cleanliness - the whole care home is very well maintained. Thank you.
I would like to say this care home is amazing. The staff are very well trained, helpful, knowledgeable, and above all caring. My late father was treated with utmost dignity. It was nice to see him treated as a human. Every aspect of his needs were catered for by the care home. The home is very clean and well maintained. I would like to thank all the staff for looking after my dad.
My dad went to Orchard Manor View and spent his final days there. The home is beautiful, staff are amazing, made my dad feel like he was one of their own. He was treated with the most dignity and care that was very important to me and the staff welcomed me into the home and supported me with Dad's illness until he passed away. This home is immaculate. Clean, tidy and welcoming.
Amazing home! Staff are so friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. The home is so clean and homely. Staff made my father-in-law feel comfortable and safe. In his final days, he was treated with dignity and respect and supported my wife throughout.
My ex-husband spent his final weeks in Orchard Manor View. The service they provide is outstanding. The home is spotless, residents are cared for like family members. I would very highly recommend this home to anyone looking for care for a loved one.
My mother moved into Orchard Manor View last year and it was one of the best things that has ever happened for her. From the offset of making an enquiry as to their facilities and availability, they were professional and yet so caring. They asked many questions about Mum, including what she liked, her interests and what she struggles with. It is as if Mum is in a five-star hotel as nothing is ever too much trouble. Many of their staff have been with them for years, which means their staff and guests get to know each other well. I worried when Covid hit but they ensured all residents and staff were kept safe. They rightly ensure we have negative LFTs before we go anywhere near the visiting area so you know when you go in, you know that you are not taking Covid in with you. The team (more like a family) are so openly caring and it is a credit to them that the residents, including my mum, think so highly of them all, as does our family.
My grandparents have been here a few years and we are all very impressed with the facilities. The care home is very clean and welcoming to guests and the staff are lovely. It’s reassuring to know that they are in such a nice environment.
Orchard Manor View is a beautiful place, and everyone who works there is very caring and treat all of the residents like they are family members. Excellent facilities. It feels very safe and secure. I was impressed with the Covid secure measures that have been put in place. I highly recommend Orchard Manor View.
Orchard Manor was recommended to me by a colleague. My mother has been a resident for 6-months or so, and I couldn’t be happier with the level of care she constantly receives. Nothing is too much trouble - staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. It’s a great comfort knowing my mum is safe and well looked after here. The facilities are excellent; it’s like a 5-star hotel, Mums room is spacious and provides everything she needs. Even in these truly difficult times, my mum has settled in and is happy and content at last. This is all thanks to the brilliant, professional, warm and friendly staff. I cannot thank them enough. If you are looking for care for a loved one or even for yourself in the area, then look no further. It really is a lovely home. Well done everyone, you are a great team.
The staff are always so lovely with outstanding customer service. Always made to feel welcome when visiting my friend. Very clean and great facilities too. It is always friendly and warm. Thank you, Orchard Manor View.
Such a lovely, relaxed and peaceful care home. The staff cannot do enough for the residents and have a very welcoming and friendly vibe. I love the different lounges and facilities, especially the African lounge. Such a lovely place to spend time with loved ones. I cannot recommend this place enough.
Her health is declining but we know that all the staff are caring for her and keeping her safe. It helps to know that the decision we made was the right one and more especially that we found the right home.
Wow to the site, so modern and truly is beautiful scenery. Such a wonderful and delightful care home, so much positive energy from the carers and the residents from my last visit in December, I know my grandad will be well cared for. Overall incredible!
I find that all the staff at Orchard Manor are extremely helpful and welcoming on arrival. All the residents are happy and receive quality care from highly trained, friendly and attentive staff who we can trust completely. I would highly recommend Orchard Manor to anyone, as we have had an excellent experience with them.
Lovely home for our family members; really enjoyed visiting a clean, warm and very well furnished home.
Absolutely perfect, couldn’t ask for more.
Lovely home, very frindly.
