Orchard Manor View is a beautiful place, and everyone who works there is very caring and treat all of the residents like they are family members. Excellent facilities. It feels very safe and secure. I was impressed with the Covid secure measures that have been put in place. I highly recommend Orchard

Orchard Manor was recommended to me by a colleague. My mother has been a resident for 6-months or so, and I couldn’t be happier with the level of care she constantly receives. Nothing is too much trouble - staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. It’s a great comfort knowing my mum is safe and well
looked after here. The facilities are excellent; it’s like a 5-star hotel, Mums room is spacious and provides everything she needs. Even in these truly difficult times, my mum has settled in and is happy and content at last. This is all thanks to the brilliant, professional, warm and friendly staff. I cannot thank them enough. If you are looking for care for a loved one or even for yourself in the area, then look no further. It really is a lovely home. Well done everyone, you are a great team.

Such a lovely, relaxed and peaceful care home. The staff cannot do enough for the residents and have a very welcoming and friendly vibe. I love the different lounges and facilities, especially the African lounge. Such a lovely place to spend time with loved ones. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Wow to the site, so modern and truly is beautiful scenery. Such a wonderful and delightful care home, so much positive energy from the carers and the residents from my last visit in December, I know my grandad will be well cared for. Overall incredible!

It was a difficult decision to make but having discovered Orchard Manor View, I can honestly say that I feel happy because I know my mother is safe and being cared for. She loves being with the other residents in the sitting room where daily activities take place. Though she does not always take part,
as she is very frail and does sleep a lot, but because there is something going on every day, she seems to take an interest. Recently, she had her 93rd birthday. Family and friends could not visit owing to the Coronavirus rules, but all the staff at the home made sure she had a lovely birthday. Her birthday cake was amazing. It meant a great deal to us, as a family, to know that her birthday had been celebrated by everyone.
Her health is declining but we know that all the staff are caring for her and keeping her safe. It helps to know that the decision we made was the right one and more especially that we found the right home.

You can feel the warmth and are welcomed as soon as you enter Orchard Manor View. Everyone was so friendly, and the home is immaculately spotless.

Lovely home, I have visited a few homes before, but this one really stands out. I have visited Orchard Manor a few times now and I always look forward to coming back each time. It doesn’t feel like a care home, more like a 5-star hotel.

I came up from London a few weeks ago to visit my great aunt, with my mum. What a lovely home Orchard Manor View is, it's so clean and very well presented.
My great aunt seems so very happy here and all the staff are very kind and caring towards her and the other residents, which was very reassuring
for us to see. I especially loved the hand-painted murals on the walls.
Cannot say enough about how lovely the staff were to us and how very welcome they made us feel. I will definitely be visiting again the next time I'm back in Leicester. Five stars!

The home is like staying in a large guest house. It has a very friendly atmosphere and I get all the help I need with getting up in the morning and getting to bed. We have someone who does activities with us most days and we can sit out in the garden when the weather is nice. They are also organising
a summer outing for us. It is lovely having quiet sitting rooms you can go to if you have a visitor. I don't think you would find a better place.

My dad had a stroke earlier this year and his memory had been affected as a result of this. He had lost a lot of weight and become weaker and found it difficult to move around. It had a tremendous effect on his confidence. I, as a daughter, was very afraid and nervous about placing him in a care home.
Orchard Manor View has put my mind at rest and I feel reassured that my dad is looked after well. Every time I visit him, he is treated with respect and I love that. Orchard Manor is a pleasant care home, very spacious, and clean. All the staff are friendly, always smiling and are approachable. The care home has a warm and welcoming feel to it. It also has four big family lounges to sit and spend quality time with my dad. The management have catered for my dad's dietary requirements (Halal food). My dad is encouraged to be involved in the daily activities that they have. Every day I have visited my dad and I've seen a difference in him. He is so happy, and seeing him happy - makes me happy.

I regularly visit the home and the standard is very good, the staff are all very caring and show respect and dignity towards the residents. There is a wide range of activities taking place and the facilities are very good. Along with a wide choice of food and drink always offered. The rooms and general

My mother moved into Orchard Manor View in June 2018 following a stroke and the sudden onset of vascular dementia. I spent some time researching a care Home and chose this one as it is modern, light, and clean with a lovely feeling to it. The bedrooms are a good size and comfortable and have big well-equipped
en suite shower rooms. There are several very nice lounge areas to sit in when visiting and a well-equipped kitchen to make drinks and have snacks which all help to make visiting a pleasant experience.
But the main reason my Mum moved in is that the staff are all very warm, kind caring people who treat my mum with respect, kindness and patience. The food served to the residents appears to be of a good standard and there are always options. All of the staff are approachable and welcoming. It is a good and well-run care Home.
