My client does not like his care and his needs are met in an Autistic Spectrum Disorder manner while he just wants peace and quiet. Also, he works at night and the staff wake him up and expect him to meet their needs when he’s overloaded from work.

Reply from Michele Allen, Manager at Hamilton House

If this person is representing a Service User living at Hamilton House they would know that SUs living in a residential care home setting would not be working throughout the night as SUs receive full benefit entitlement. If the SU he is representing does not like living at the home he can request ASC to move him to a more appropriate setting. I am unsure of the statement "needs being met in an Autistic Spectrum Disorder manner" and can not respond to this statement. If the individual is concerned about the SU they can contact the home or ASC with their concerns.
