What an excellent place and staff caring and very professional with their jobs. Place is very clean kept. Staff are always talking n joking n smiling with residents lovely to see when visiting. All the staff are welcoming me when I visit n help get the chair for visitors to sit on. Staff also feed residents who are unable to feed themselves. They also offer you food n drinks ie tea or water when visiting. Activities are great too for residents as all all participate. Ie aarti n bjanjans orienting ice cream. Fron van. Keep the good work

My mum's happy since been there past 2 years. Managers are good n helpful.

Overall Experience

All staff are just amazing and lovely, caring and professional about their jobs. They are all compassionate in all they do. Diwali Nevas is Leicester is a clean home and recommended by myself. The food is soo amazing also as tried a few times. The bedrooms are acceptionally clean and the whole home is welcome. The manager is very helpful and approachable. The other manager is lovely and such a breath of fresh air. I have been speaking to her for over a year prior to my mum going in the home. She has a caring ease to her and makes you feel welcome. This manager has such a good heart and has soo much patience and listens to all my requests and acts on them straight away. I feel secure and safe with this manager. This woman is amazing.

My mum has been here for over three years. She is cared for professionally and like a family member too. She is well looked after by the staff. The home and clean and well looked after. Her room is lovely and she enjoys sleeping in it . She frequently tells me how well she is looked after. She enjoys her meals and the Asian TV. The home an accommodates us as much as they can eg when we take her out and when we visit. Overall a very positive experience for her in this later stage in life. A big thank you.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. My mother in law is very happy and well cared for. The staff take her to the mandir and she sits in the garden when the weather is good. She enjoys the outings and the staff always send us pictures which is very nice.

My mum came to Diwali Nivas in May '25, what can I say honestly such a amazing home. The carer's are really, really nice and loving. They call mum (baa in gujarati) means gran and that's the 1st thing that touched my heart. The willingness to do things for all residents with a smile says it all. My mum does miss me and my family at times but you can tell she's happy and very well looked after. Anything she wants food wise, or play games, sits in the garden etc is all fulfilled.

This home is very well ran and we as a family are very thankful for all there hard work and dedication towards my mum.. Thank you to all the staff.

Overall Experience

My sister has been a resident here for a year or more.

She has received a high standard of care from very caring and professional staff. A lovely home for the Asian elderly.

I am disabled and attend on alternate days to visit and provide some support. Sadly, her memory is failing and at times she request that I leave, this I do upon request, hoping that she calms down.

I am accepted by everyone and treated like a family member and made very welcome by all of the friendly staff. They even provide a meal for me frequently.

A high-quality Asian lifestyle and culture is provided. Thank you.

I visit my parent on a daily basis and am always greeted with a warm welcome from all the members of staff. Their commitment, dedication, support and love towards all the residents is clearly visible.

All the residents are treated equally and with respect. My parents' needs (as with all the other residents) are fully met in terms of culture, religious beliefs and dietary. I believe the care home as a safe, secure and a happy place for my parent.
