My husband was taken into this care home quite suddenly. It was his first experience of them and he was worried. The staff were so kind, welcoming and caring. His room, recently decorated was superb. There were lots of day rooms, a lovely dining area and conservatory. All well furnished with nice homely touches. Everywhere was nice and clean. He enjoyed the food and if it was something he didn't like he was offered an alternative, even seconds if he really enjoyed it. He had a good week at Brantley Manor and would most certainly return there, quite happily.
The care home is clean and homely. The staff are so helpful and caring. They also look after my wife very caring and help her in every way.
