My name is Anna Pacyna and I believe my passion for looking after our elderly population started when I was looking after my grandfather. He was unwell and was palliative in his care.
I have worked in the care industry for over 12 years.
I started working in care, as a care assistant. I then moved into a senior carer role, and after 10 years, I was promoted to the Deputy Manager position. After a further year, I took over as the Registered Manager at a Care Home in Welbourn.
I know how challenging all the roles in a care home are, also how difficult it can be for new residents and their loved ones making that transition into care.
All the staff at Monson are supportive and happy to help with any questions.
