Weekly Charges per Person

  • Self-Funded Residential Care: £905 – £1060
  • Self-Funded Residential Dementia Care: £1060 – £1110
  • RESPITE Self-Funded Residential Care: £980 – £1130
  • RESPITE Self-Funded Residential Dementia Care: £1130 – £1180

Your fees cover several areas while in their care.
These services are: Personal care, accommodation,
utilities, use of communal areas, meals, drinks and
snacks, laundry (excluding dry cleaning),
housekeeping, maintenance and activities run by the
home.


Services NOT included in price are: dentistry, chiropody,
physiotherapy, occupational therapy, opticians, hairdressing,
medications, toiletries, clothing, newspapers/magazines.
During your stay, you may need to purchase additional goods
and services. If they are able to provide such goods and
services, they will tell you how much these goods and services
will cost and they expect that you will pay for these goods and
services at the time you request them.
They can accompany loved ones to private appointments,
however the fee attached to this is £21 per hour. Where private taxi
services are used for transportation to appointments the cost should
be paid for by yourself.

The welcome you receive from staff at Foxby Court is second to none. Your always greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. My aunt lived at Foxby Court for 17 months and I can say I never worried about her needs being met. She was well cared for every day. Activities that are organised on week days
are interesting and stimulating, just a pity that they don't continue throughout the weekend too. I'm not going to hesitate if we need care for an elderly relative in the future. Foxby Court gives the best.

I reside in Canada and it is so comforting to know my mum is well taken care of at Foxby Court Care Home. The staff go above and beyond to keep me updated and are extremely caring and friendly. My mum is comfortable and happy there and for that I'm very grateful.

When my Aunt needed long care, checked put several places in the Gainsborough area. Foxby Court was the first choice and has not disappointed. The staff are friendly and seem to go out of their way to help. My aunt has been a resident for 6 months now and despite increasing mental and physical frailty
has not been so mobile and healthy for many years. That is entirely down to the care of Foxby Court.

Job Title: Home Manager Joined: 2019

Sara, the Home Manager at Foxby Court, has been in the role since August 2023 but has been with the Trust for just under 5 years.


“I worked in other care homes for over 11 years as a Carer, then onto a Senior Carer. I worked 4 years on nights before I came back on days as a Care Supervisor. I then worked for 2 years as Deputy Manager. I had some time out before I became the Night Deputy in other care homes for 4 months, and 1 year as a Senior before I took the post at Foxby Court as a Senior Carer. After 4 months with OSJCT, I took the Head of Care role, which I have done for over 4 years before becoming the Home Manager.”


“I enjoy working in the care sector and enjoy helping people in the best way possible. Delivery of care is paramount, and I enjoy helping with the different care needs through the different stages of life. Being the Home Manager at Foxby Court, I am now on a new journey within my career.”


“Outside of work, I am married, and I have a son who still lives at home. My husband and I enjoy walking and seeing friends and going to new places. We are keen National Trust members.”
