Our family member is always dressed neatly with co-ordinated outfits and jewellery. She has her hair and feet done on a regular basis.

There is a choice of meals at every sitting. The staff are very attentive at all times. There are opportunities for trips out and also in-house entertainment on a regular basis.

Very caring staff all of them go the extra mile to care for the residents. The staff are very encouraging to the residents without being too pushy. The activities programme is excellent and it's nice that they go onto the units to do activities rather than always gathering in one room. I always recommend Burlington to others. Wish there were more car parking spaces though.

My mother has been at Burlington for over a year now and settled in almost immediately.

It has been the hardest year of my life to see my mum slipping away from me as she doesn't remember me mostly but at least I know she is really cared for and looked after.

The manager and his team have made her very welcome and the entertainment staff especially are brilliant.

Thank you for everything xxx

From the first time we viewed this amazing home, all our prayers were answered. With Dad having Interlobe Dementia his condition was deteriorating fast and 2 other homes were unable to cope with this. This amazing place is Dads home until the day he leaves this mortal life. He has settled in well and a year on the staff have been brilliant in solving any issues that have occurred. Mainly Dad leaving his items all around the home. Security is brilliant and a good ease knowing that he was safe and unable to escape unlike the previous home. The staff have good a understanding of Dad. I would recommend anyone that is looking to view here and they will have no hesitations on moving here.

My Sister-in-Law has been a resident of Burlington Court Care Home over the last 12 years until her peaceful death at 96 years in July.

The administration and the staff have all been caring and efficient and we as a family are enormously grateful for the 24-hour care that has been available.

My mother who was 91 entered this care home in February 2016, but unfortunately passed away in May 2016. However, during the time Mum was in Burlington Court she received excellent care from all members of staff. The rooms are pleasant and are kept immaculately clean by the cleaning staff. The kitchen staff provides a varied selection of foods to a high standard, no ready meals here. My mother settled into the home very well, particularly as she was extremely reluctant to give up her home, having heard only the horror stories of care homes, but Burlington Court, in my opinion, sets a high standard, which few if any could beat. During the last few difficult days Mum was kept clean and comfortable, and looked after with dignity and compassion. It was a great comfort to know she was so well cared for during the last few weeks of her life. The staff also help relatives deal with their feelings when a family member enters into care. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this home.

My mother has been in this home for around 9 years. She has suffered from dementia all that time and lately it has been very severe until she passed away last week. I just want say that the staff there have always been very caring and have given me the reassurance that I needed to ensure she was being well looked after. There have been bad times but the support of the staff has always been given with patience and understanding. Thank you to you all.

My father came into Burlington Court 12 months ago when I could no longer manage his care at home.

I cannot rate the care he has received highly enough. Or the support I have received.

Most of the staff on his unit are the same staff who welcomed him in. Very unusual.

For the past 4 months he has been bed-bound. He has been turned regularly and consequently has had no bed sores.

He is kept spotlessly clean and he is in a lovely room.

Now he is approaching the end of his life and he will do so in the same room with the same staff. There is policy of keeping residents rather than shipping them out to hospital.

A relatives room has been made available for me if I need it.

My father who is deaf and blind and has dementia has been treated with dignity and tenderness. I could not wish for better care.

My mother came to Burlington Court in July 2015 aged 99 years old, and almost blind, she was no longer able to look after herself. Since then, the family and caring staff have tended to mum's needs, and offered every encouragement. She is content and comfortable, and our worries are eased now that she received 24 hour care. Recently, the home hosted a lovely party to celebrate mum's 100th birthday.

My father went to reside at Burlington Court in August of last year and didn't take long to settle in. Having lived in his own home until then the family wondered whether he would adjust to living in this type of community but he did. He was made to feel very welcome. The staff are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble, they are all so cheerful and caring. In house entertainment is provided and he is taken out for lunches and afternoon tea which he enjoys. He regards Burlington as his home and it is a comfort to his family that he feels safe and happy there. We are so pleased we found this wonderful home for dad.

I am very happy with the care my mother receives at Burlington Court and relieved to know that she is now safe after a difficult year. As I can only visit at the weekends I only see that situation which is obviously quieter than weekdays but I can view the photographs to see that she is starting to join in the activities. The staff treat her kindly and with respect.

Hi there Manager and Staff Thank you so much for sending me your up and coming events. Every time I visit The Burlington Residential Nursing Home I have so much fun joining in with the activity team. The way your staff look after, respect and entertain the residents is outstanding. Your dining room and the food that is served is hotel standard, the choice is very inviting and having eaten there on many occasions I can definitely recommend the menu so keep up the good work and I hope to see you soon.

Mum lived at Burlington Court for the last 18 months of her life, passing away peacefully surrounded by a team of dedicated, loving people who supported her and the family to the end. She was happy at Burlington Court, treated with dignity and came out of herself enjoying company and activities. I closely monitored her time and the care provided watching and listening to staff interactions whenever I visited (at least weekly for half a day) I always felt she was treated as if a member of each member of staff's family. I was treated as if mum was the only person they were caring for they are an exceptional team.

My father was cared for at Burlington Court for the last seven months of his life. The staff are extremely well trained in dementia care and nothing was too much trouble for them. They treated dad with dignity care and compassion throughout his time there and supported the family with just as much care. It meant so much to all of us to know he was safe and well cared for. Burlington staff are exceptional having experienced two other homes prior to dad joining them. I cant praise them enough for what they did for dad and the family.
