I found all the staff very friendly with relatives and also the residents. Any worries or concerns we have regarding our father the staff are always about to reassure us. The staff are always talking to the residents. We could have not found a better care home to suit our fathers needs.

The staff at Oak Lodge Care Home are friendly and warm to the clients and my father is engaging well with them and seems happy. There is a choice of menu at meal times and plenty of fluids are offered throughout the day. If any concerns with regards to my father are felt I would feel able to...
The staff at Oak Lodge Care Home are friendly and warm to the clients and my father is engaging well with them and seems happy. There is a choice of menu at meal times and plenty of fluids are offered throughout the day. If any concerns with regards to my father are felt I would feel able to approach the staff and know they would deal with it to my satisfaction. I'm encouraged to visit as and when I like, which I do. My father has only been at Oak Lodge Care Home for a short while but we already feel part of a big family.
