Shaun brings with him empathy, care, compassion and a drive to provide the highest level of person-centred care possible to enrich the lives of the people that need care he overlooks.
Shaun became a manager in 2020 and has worked within nursing and residential homes. He has a passion for mental health and ensures that everyone within his care gets the appropriate support to lead a fulfilled life. Margaret Lennon came to work at Hazelford in 2021. She initially came as a domestic, but we quickly identified her people skills developed from working within a senior role within the tourist industry and promptly became the activities co-ordinator before becoming the administrator in 2023. Maggie has a heart of gold and her attention to detail is second to none. She is like the mother we all dreamed of, and she is a confidant for all residents and goes the extra mile to advocate on the residents' behalf.
Maggie is currently the care home’s Enquiry/ Wellbeing champion who ensures that the resident experience from enquiry to admission is second to none.
Kasey came to work at Hazelford in 2020, where she promptly became indispensable due to her caring, compassionate and hard-working nature. She is a perfectionist who goes the extra mile to ensure that everyone in our care receives the highest level of care. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her, and she remains a respected member of the senior team here at Hazelford.
