Not enough staff for number of people in, people that are paying are giving way to the hospital patients coming in or respite. A lot of sensible people are having to mix with dementia people instead of separate toilets. Regular residents have two seats instead of keeping same places where they know each other.

Reply from Emily Smith, Home Manager at Sutton Court Residential Home
I was very disappointed and saddened to see this review from one of our residents. We have more than adequate staff in the home at all times.

There is not enough room in the dining room which causes a lot of unpleasantness and anger. This is not a good atmosphere for eating our meals.

Reply from Emily Smith, Home Manager at Sutton Court Residential Home

I was very disappointed to receive this opinion from one of our residents. Our dining room has more than enough seating for all residents and residents are reserved a favourite seat on a daily basis if requested. Steps will be made to ensure that Barbara feels more comfortable during meal times.

My wife is very happy here, is well cared for and I have no worries about her care. I wish the two main rooms were bigger because they are overcrowded at meals and lounge. Apart from that I am very satisfied with the home and it's management.
