I initially chose Sutton Court for short term respite care for my Mum who has Alzheimer's and have been totally satisfied with every aspect of her care. She now attends Day Care once a week which she loves. All the staff I've dealt with have been pleasant and professional at all times. The surroundings are clean and well appointed and I have no hesitation in recommending Sutton Court to others.

I attend roughly monthly for daycare.....I chat to the other residents, have my hair done and stay for meals. The communal areas are well furnished. The hairdressers are very well equipped and the hairdresser is lovely. I enjoy sitting in the pool lounge watching the swim lessons and looking out over the courtyard. It's a very friendly homely environment whilst providing a high-quality environment.

My mam was transferred to Sutton Court in August 2916 after her previous home was closed down. From that time she has been very happy, although she has dementia she accepts all the carers and staff as her friends, they have a bit of banter with her and has always get a smile. She had a little fall a few weeks ago and went to hospital and the staff showed great concern for her and were happy to see her back after a long day at A & E.

I think it is a really welcoming place and have no worries about her being there.

The carers were very obliging and all other staff are very helpful. Bedrooms cleaned every day as I have a skin complaint and my room was vacuumed every day.

Breakfast you had an excellent choice of cereals and cooked breakfast. Choices at dinner and 2 at tea time.

Very positive experience at Sutton Court, care staff very pleasant and helpful. Seniors and manager always willing to help and advise us. OT, physio and diabetic team also worked hard to get my mum mobile again. Bit of a slow start over new year period but great effort when normal hours returned to. I am recommending this. Thank you
