My dad has had very good care for nearly three years before passing away recently. I'm so proud of all the staff, they do an excellent job, carried out in a very professional but caring manner and I know I can speak for my dad when I say what an excellent care home it is. I know he loved it just as
much as me, its a comfort to know he felt safe and his needs were met to the extent he felt home. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Tuxford Manor and it's excellent staff team. I'll never be able to thank them enough.

My mother spent 3 weeks in Tuxford Manor receiving respite care.
All of the staff were very supportive of her making time to get to know her.


She also enjoyed the food - in her own home food preparation was becoming a chore.


Staff were always very helpful to me.


No problem recommending this

care home.

I found the management and staff very capable, kind and extremely friendly. The activities are interesting and they encourage the residents to join in. They circulate with residents and keep them interested in everything around them and in conversation. The room is very clean, fresh and light with tasteful
décor. The food and drinks are very frequent which is very essential to the really elderly. It is also very secure.

Presently my wife stays at The Manor for two days to give me respite but she is treated the same as a resident. She is always welcomed by a member of staff with a smile and always by name after leaving her belongings in her room. I leave her in one of the lounges to join in whatever activity the staff
are conducting or what a visiting entertainer is doing. Even the kitchen staff and cleaners are just as smiling and so everything makes for a happy stay for my wife and a couple of stress free days knowing she is in such capable and caring hands.
