My family and I are extremely happy with the care and support our Mother is given.
Every time anyone visits her she is always happy, clean and singing and smiling so we know that Mother is happy in herself.
The Nursing Team are second to none, always with a warm welcome and friendly voice giving wonderful
care to everyone that I see.
Yes, it's truly a worry that we no longer have. Thank you, team.

The home has a welcoming feel to it and the management is very supportive. The staff work very hard to be attentive and caring to the residents. The process of having to put parents into care is tough but Tuxford made this bearable and with time, I am evermore comfortable with where they are and that
they are well looked after and have the company of other residents and stimulation from staff and environment.

Dementia is a horrible condition and it is scary to have to take control of your parent's future. I feel very lucky to have found such a safe and caring new home for them. They are well cared for, happy and I have confidence that they are looked after. I wish they were not in care, but since they need
to be, this is about as good as it gets.

I find the staff professional and friendly, they go beyond the call of duty and always have a smile for everyone. The staff motivate the residents and have a lot of fun. Relatives are always made welcome. The home is clean and Mum has improved greatly, she is so much more animated than before. The staff
are amazing and the home is family friendly on every visit. The manager motivates her staff and is always available to call on if there is anything I need, her door is always open for everyone.

Apprehensive about using any care home. This one recommended by a friend whose mother was here several years. Impressed by initial tour, friendly, knowledgeable staff. The manager was patient with our questions, knew all staff and residents and their requirements. Took time to find out Mum's needs and
accommodate. Mum was instantly comfortable, nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. She loves everyone and we can't find any fault with the care or accommodation. It is the perfect place for her to end her days.

Throughout his residence, my father-in-law was treated with the utmost dignity and care. All the staff were very caring, considerate and helpful at all times.
During the week leading up to my father-n-law passing away I stayed at the home and was helped at this difficult time by all the staff from
housekeeping, catering, caring and management, everyone was absolutely excellent and dignified in every respect. I cannot thank the team at Tuxford Manor Care Home enough they were all fantastic.

I welcomed and took advantage of the new nursing service in order to recover further from surgery prior to going home five days laters. I was treated with great kindness and professionalism by everyone involved at all levels of responsibility. Everyone was thoughtful of my needs both medically and psychologically,
hairdressing and being made available to me on my final day and fun and laughter when and where appropriate. My rooms facilities were in the process of being upgraded but every effort was made to meet my requests for additional lighting and heat.

My wife was a resident for five days post surgery. The room and bed, in particular, were both very good and the electronic bed helped recovery.
The staff were kind and helpful and after five days my wife left much improved in health and mind. I hope these post-operative services continue to thrive.
