Burlington Villa Reviews (1)
Over all time Burlington Villa has 1 review.
I visited my uncle here today and I was amazed at how well looked after the residents are. I was treated warmly by the staff who were all outstanding, kind and caring. Being part of the management team of a different care home myself, I usually manage to pick up faults, however, I can honestly say this place is wonderful and so homely. It’s lovely knowing I can leave my uncle in a place where he is so looked after.

- Good - The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
- Requires Improvement - The service isn't performing as well as it should and we have told the service how it must improve.
- Inadequate - The service is performing badly and we've taken action against the person or organisation that runs it.
- Not rated - we have not yet rated this area of the service, this is normally because the assessments we have carried out have been focused on other key questions.
