Review from Denise B (Daughter of Resident) published on 20 February 2023 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience

My dad has been a resident of Lyngate Care Home, he sadly passed away. He was very well looked after, the carers were excellent, they treated him with love and respect. The manager was very helpful and I always asked how the family was. Dad was always clean and tidy, I can't thank all the staff enough.

Overall Experience
My aunt, at the moment, is in the process of being moved out. At her time living in Lyngate, we visited her every week. The home is spottlessly clean, her bedroom was too. What we saw of the staff, they were lovely.

My aunt was very happy there, her words, good food. Nice carers. We will miss going to the home when aunty moves out to go and live in her home town near her brothers and sisters. Thank you to you all. My cousins will I think, no doubt will thank you personally. Well done.

Hi, thank you for leaving such a lovely review. It is always a great feeling to see someone move back into the community and although your aunt will be missed, we wish her and your family the best of luck moving forward, and know you are welcome any time! Keep in touch!
