Review from Ann F (Sister of Resident) published on 23 April 2026 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience

My brother is a resident at Browfield. As a family we are very pleased with the care and support he receives from staff members. They go over and above their expected levels of care to provide my brother with a caring 'family like' environment. The staff provide my brother with the necessary support and guidance to assist him in managing his needs on day to day basis. The continuing programme of renovations at Browfield provides the residents with comfortable and homely communal spaces. Staff also arrange group outings, which is greatly appreciated by my brother.

My nephew has lived in this care home for quite a while and I am very impressed by the care and kindness he has received is second to none. His carer is a lovely lady and has grown to love him.

The home is warm and friendly and has a lovely atmosphere. So thank you everyone involved for making him feel at home

Lovely care home, all residents are well looked after and the staff are really supportive of residents and family members of residents.

The manager goes above and beyond for all her residents, and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a care home.

Review from Janet L (Friend of Resident) published on 12 December 2023 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience

A friend of mine has lived at Browfield Care Home for many years and has always been extremely happy and well cared for in a truly family environment. The recent renovations that have been undertaken are without doubt a credit to the owner and most certainly to the manager and the committed staff, who have worked extremely hard to achieve a lovely environment, keeping their residents involved in decisions. Well done everyone.
