I can't praise the staff enough for the care and support they give my dad. My dad came from being in hospital to going in the care home. The manager put my mind at rest and went through everything with me and the communication I can't fault at all. She made him feel welcome and settled him and...
I can't praise the staff enough for the care and support they give my dad. My dad came from being in hospital to going in the care home. The manager put my mind at rest and went through everything with me and the communication I can't fault at all. She made him feel welcome and settled him and always made sure the communication is always on point. If there is a problem or they need to inform me about my dad they always call me.
The staff that all care for my dad are absolute gems, I can visit and know when I leave he will settle down and know he is in the best care. I get along with all the staff and they are all lovely, they communicate if he's having a good or bad day, his sleep and if he had eaten. They have an activity co-ordinated who is lovely and does different activities with the residents weathers it's crafts, the therapy dog that goes in or singers. I can't thank the staff and the manager enough or put into words how much I appreciate the care that my dad receives from them.

We needed somewhere for my mother while we renovated her house and I couldn't of wished fir a better place for her to be than parkview. From the moment we made contact they were fantastic they accommodated us at very short notice and made a stressful situation so much easier the staff were so caring and nice to my mother and made her feel so welcome I cant praise all involved enough I can only say thankyou from the bottom of my heart if we ever need you in the future I wouldn't hesitate to make this permanent residence for my mum,once again thankyou to all of you.

My Mother has is in Parkview and I can honestly say that they are amazing.
The staff are extremely caring and can't do enough for my Mother.
I was so worried about putting Mum in a home because of all the nightmare stories you read about but from being invited to visit the home whenever I wanted before my Mum was admitted I new it was the right place.
I can't fault any of her care. They feed her well and they put on daily entertainment.

Parkview is an amazing care home where my brother is residing permanently. All the staff go above and beyond the call of duty to provide outstanding care and support for his needs and more, he is very happy and very contented.
The managers and all the staff are all wonderful, professional, caring, courteous, polite, friendly, always have a smile.
They treat all their residents with respect and go above and beyond taking care of their well-being.
There are varied activities every day which they encourage all residents to join in.

Mum has such a happy life at parkview. Nothing is ever to much trouble for the staff who are all kind and loving towards the residents.

My dad is a resident of Parkview for over 18 months. He is well looked after, he loves the food, he is treated with respect. There are activities/entertainment every day which he can join in with if he wants, they also arrange for some light exercise to try & keep the resident as mobile as...
My dad is a resident of Parkview for over 18 months. He is well looked after, he loves the food, he is treated with respect. There are activities/entertainment every day which he can join in with if he wants, they also arrange for some light exercise to try & keep the resident as mobile as possible.
The staff will contact me if they have concerns with his health & will ensure the GP/District Nurse are informed.
As a family we go into the carehome often & at different times of the day/evening, we have never had any concerns with my dad's wellbeing. It is always clean & tidy.
