My Mother has is in Parkview and I can honestly say that they are amazing.
The staff are extremely caring and can't do enough for my Mother.
I was so worried about putting Mum in a home because of all the nightmare stories you read about but from being invited to visit the home whenever I wanted before
my Mum was admitted I new it was the right place.
I can't fault any of her care. They feed her well and they put on daily entertainment.
This is a Care Home that genuinely do care 100%

Parkview is an amazing care home where my brother is residing permanently. All the staff go above and beyond the call of duty to provide outstanding care and support for his needs and more, he is very happy and very contented.
The managers and all the staff are all wonderful, professional, caring,
courteous, polite, friendly, always have a smile.
They treat all their residents with respect and go above and beyond taking care of their well-being.
There are varied activities every day which they encourage all residents to join in.
I would definitely without any doubts recommend this care home.

My uncle is so happy at Brownlow House and all the staff here are a credit to the care industry. They are like a large loving family who treat my uncle like a best friend, they have fun all day and the activities are amazing! All his care is handled with kindness and compassion. I couldn't believe how
much they do regarding activities for the residents and I am on a family group chat! The photos I get absolutely make my day. My uncle is so happy! He is spotlessly clean and believe me, if he wasn't happy we would know. He is autistic, but he cannot hide anything from us as we grew up with him in our family home. If he wasn't happy we would know. The carers, cooks and all the staff are amazing as is the management. Nothing is too much trouble and the care side of things with chiropodists etc is great too. They have singers come in too and there is lots of gentle dancing with the residents which is lovely to see, plus lots of trips to the shops locally! My uncle loves it there!

My dad is a resident of Parkview for over 18 months. He is well looked after, he loves the food, he is treated with respect. There are activities/entertainment every day which he can join in with if he wants, they also arrange for some light exercise to try & keep the resident as mobile as possible.
The
staff will contact me if they have concerns with his health & will ensure the GP/District Nurse are informed.
As a family we go into the carehome often & at different times of the day/evening, we have never had any concerns with my dad's wellbeing. It is always clean & tidy.
Thankfully my dad is happy at the carehome & as a family we are grateful that he is there, with people around him that care.

My mum is fairly new to this lovely care home but she has settled in well. Staff are very welcoming and friendly and when I have visited have been very attentive to residents. Management and staff are always willing and happy to help in any way they can. Other professionals that are involved in my mum’s
care said it is one of the best homes that they have visited and far outweighs other homes they have been involved with.

Great atmosphere. The care staff are excellent, hands-on and engaging with all the residents. One staff member, in particular, has them doing lots of activities. My mum especially enjoyed the floristry, making a lovely display, which she put pride of place in her bedroom. The management is very good
at keeping us well informed and up to date on all matters. Brownlow House has a warm and friendly vibe.

My brother was admitted to Amadeus about three months ago; he'd previously lived on his own with numerous physical and mental health problems. Since he has moved to Amadeus his mental health has improved dramatically; he's happier than he has been for years and it is all thanks to the owner and his
staff. He's also eating better than for a long time - he loves the food! On the occasions I have visited him, it's noticeable that all of the staff are very friendly - my brother has had many years of distrusting people, part of his social anxiety problem; whilst that illness is still evident, it is less of an issue now than it was previously. Thanks to everyone at Amadeus.

My dad has been at Amadeus a few months now. I was sceptical about putting him in a care home, but I’m happy he’s in Amadeus. All the staff are amazing, friendly and always have done what I’ve asked of them for my dad. My dad loves it there and is so happy and content, I couldn’t recommend a better
care home.

My mum moved into Amadeus about a year ago. She was more or less at death's door before she went in but in the last year has recovered remarkably well. Getting a good feed three times a day has obviously helped and she's now back to her normal weight, after being 2-3 stone underweight when she moved
in. She loves the staff and seems to get on with the other residents. The staff are excellent and always keep me informed of any issues.

As my uncle's next of kin, I had to find him a care home because he could no longer live alone, once I had visited Amadeus I knew this was the place for him. The first thing I was impressed with was the fresh smell and cleanliness of everywhere in the home and after visiting weekly for more than twelve
months I can say I am still as impressed. My uncle has always enjoyed his food and enjoys everything he is given, on one occasion he didn't really want his dinner so to encourage him to eat they offered to make his favourite cheese on toast, which to me is going above and beyond. The management and staff at Amadeus are professional, sincere, and respectful to me, to my uncle they are also kind, affectionate, and loving, and share lots of laughter with him. At Amadeus, the staff spend lots of time and effort entertaining and engaging with the residents, and every week they keep their minds active with days of baking, crafts, bingo, board games, karaoke and dancing. Thank you for all your kindness.

We cannot praise Amadeus enough for the way they welcomed Mum into their home. She was admitted with dementia and the care and consideration they gave her and a lot of good laughs we will never forget. Mum passed after just over three months of staying there peacefully and with dignity, with a member
of staff always by her side. Even when she was bedridden and unresponsive towards the end, there was always someone talking to her and looking after her. In our opinion, they went above and beyond and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you all so very much.

We, as a family, are completely delighted with the care our mum received at Amadeus during her stay. I cannot rate the staff highly enough. The kindness shown from all of them and the smiles and support they gave mum during her unsettled period was second to none. The premises are spotless and smell
fresh and clean. The food was great and the support for family members was lovely. Thank you all for looking after mum the way you did.
