I and my family shall always be indebted to the staff of this establishment. They looked after our mum with care and dignity. I can't praise the staff enough they were always happy and caring and Mum loved this. The manager and her staff are second to none having activities every day and even during these difficult times with covid-19, they keep their residents safe. When they say this is a care home really, it's much, much more - they really do care.

My father is a recent resident at Dryclough and has settled well. The staff have been excellent in caring for his needs and quickly keeping the family informed of any problems that dad has experienced. Dad has one or two medical problems while in residence and the staff have been very pro-active in seeing tom his needs and any concerns the family have raised. It is a major decision to commit a loved one into care and the staff have made that decision much easier with their attitude and professionalism.

Mum has always been very happy at Dryclough Manor and this means a lot to us. We can get on with our lives without having to worry about her. We know she is safe and well cared for. The staff are always happy, cheerful, helpful and positive and they behave in a professional manner, doing a difficult job with a sense of humour. When Dad died in the care home their compassion and support were outstanding. Then two years later my brother died suddenly. Words cannot describe the support they gave mum and me. I would not have got through that dreadful day without them. I will never forget their kindness and practical help.

The family took the heartbreaking decision that we could no longer safely keep Dad's care at home. He was admitted on January 2019 to Dryclough Manor and we have never had any reason to doubt our decision. The staff are very good and it is obvious to watch that caring is not just a job to the residents. They are happy, gentle and treat all with dignity and respect. My Dad passed away January 25th and the care the family received has been second to none.

We have no concerns only praise for the care my grandmother receives at Dryclough Manor. We visit randomly throughout the week, she is always well presented. Fluid is always available and the food always looks nice and is well presented.

The staff at this care home are compassionate, very capable and very efficient. They know each of the resident's needs and work towards delivering a comfortable caring environment. The home is spotlessly clean and well maintained. The rooms are clearly cleaned to a very high standard. The staff are wonderful with relatives, offering support and advice. Nothing is too much trouble. The catering is of a very high standard with residents frequently offered choice. I can't praise them enough.

When my dad first arrived here I thought it was nice, not perfect but nice. The staff are nice though I think there could be more on duty with the number of residents. Over time my opinion has changed dramatically and I am personally not happy for my dad to stay there, unfortunately, the decision doesn't solely rest with myself.

A difficult time for me and my husband when we realised that we needed help/care for him. Having found Dryclough Manor what a wonderful, warm, caring place I had for looking after him - super brill emotional care as well because he worried about me. There's not enough words that I can say about the home and the support they give me as I cried nearly every time because I couldn't look after him. My angels. Thank you.

My mother recently passed away in Dryclough Manor after 2 years of magnificent care. All members of the staff from care staff to cleaners and kitchen staff showed my mother and myself the utmost respect during the 2 years she was here and helped myself through the bad times of my mother passing away.

My father had to go in to care and I placed him in Dryclough Manor and he absolutely loves it he was always saying I've had my life and wanted to die but now he's got a new lease of life. The staff, from management to the carers, cleaners and kitchen staff are fantastic with all the residents. My dad is always laughing when I go and visit him. I can't thank the Dryclough Manor team enough.

Mum has only been at Dryclough since the end of May. She seems to have settled in well. Dryclough is far superior to where Mum was previously. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

I have had some issues with the laundry with cloths etc being misplaced. On the whole, I'm very happy and would recommend Dryclough to friends and family.
