My mum recently died in Middleton Hall after being part of their family for nearly five years.
She received excellent care, tailored to her needs none more so than during her End of Life Care.

Despite her Dementia and Alzheimers, I am sure my mum knew just how much she was loved and cared for.

The care they get in there is very good and you do the best job going and you all do the very best that you can to help people. You all need a pay rise as well because if no one was there how could they look after them safely.

Our mum has been at Middleton Hall since April 2022. The difference it made to her life was unmeasurable. When you go into Middleton Hall you go into live, it's a unique home where residents enjoy lots of activities and fantastic care and they are treated as individuals. The staff are very experienced and know each resident's needs. The food is second to none and staff do everything they can to make sure residents eat a healthy balanced meal. The atmosphere in the home is electric, even the most reluctant resident will eventually join in. It is with great sadness our mum has recently passed away. But we can't stress enough how wonderful Middleton Hall are, and we will miss them greatly.

When my dad became poorly through a stroke, we got told he needed 24-hour care. I really didn’t want my dad to go into a home but it was the best decision we made. He is so settled and well looked after. The care team and management are brilliant.

Always things going on parties, entertainment and activities. I would definitely recommend this home.

Two of my grandparents have been accommodated at Middleton Hall, at different times, during COVID19.
I requested an out-of-borough placement there for the second grandparent needing residential care due to the level of care my other grandma received.
I have been so happy with the care provided by the staff at Middleton Hall, my experience has been extremely positive across the board. Caring, Friendly and attentive whenever my grandparents needed help and general care. The whole team and management have been second to none.
The home always found an excuse for an activity or celebration to get the residents involved and active.
My family were always accommodated to visit during such difficult times of recent months with COVID19.
I always feel listened to and welcomed by all.
Sadly one of my grandparents passed away in recent weeks, the most difficult time I've experienced but the staff at Middleton Hall helped me so much, I honestly can't thank them enough.

Truly amazing.

This care home is wonderful, staff are really caring and friendly. My 87-year-old, bedridden mother is so well looked after and kept so lovely despite her being in bed all the time. I have watched how staff are with her and it's like she is their family member. I never have had a worry about her safety over the last nearly 7 years. I think the place is wonderful and deserves some recognition.

My mother-in-law has recently come into care in Middleton Hall Care Home. My wife was extremely anxious about leaving her mum here after having a previous negative experience. As you can imagine this had a big impact on the whole family. We shouldn’t have worried, my wife and all our family are more than happy regarding the care my mother-in-law receives, she has a new lease of life and is treated like extended family. When asked if she wanted to stay after a short time in respite she said 'yes, why wouldn’t I?', much to the surprise of us all. She has settled in really well I can’t recommend this home highly enough.

My mother recently moved into this care home and she just loves it. She’s never mingled with other people, but since coming here she joins in with all the activities. I put this down to the extremely caring staff who encouraged her to join in.
I’m so pleased that we have found a place where she is happy to live.

Thank you Middleton Hall Care Home.

My uncle was a resident for approximately a couple of years. He had dementia and was by nature not gregarious. I do not think I could have chosen a better care home for him. All the staff are very caring, lovely people. They treated my uncle as one of their own family. Unfailingly courteous and friendly - all the staff are to be commended. The care home made the last two years of my uncle's life comfortable, safe and contented. Thank you all.

My aunt has been a resident here since June 2016. She has Alzheimer's and can be difficult and grumpy. In the time here she has had periods confined to bed for 6 weeks plus. The staff have gone above and beyond with their care for her, nothing is too much trouble. With covid restrictions etc I didn't have to worry about her, I knew 100% that she was being cared for. Her anxiety lessened when she settled in and she feels safe and at home.

The entire team at Middleton Hall Care Home are fantastic in every way. A real bond was created between the day team and night staff with both my mum and dad. Regrettably, my dad has recently passed and I personally spent the last 3 weeks with him day and night and saw first-hand the care and attention he received. The kitchen staff are awesome and you can tell they take pride in serving the traditional British food they provide for the residents. From management and carers to maintenance staff and chefs - they all care about each and every resident.

The manager and all his staff are amazing. I can’t thank all of them enough for the care and attention they give to my mum. All the staff are friendly and if I have any concerns ( which is not often) they are dealt with immediately. I know my mum is cared for and well looked after. She always tells me how wonderful the food is and how making her a hot water bottle each night gives her the home comfort she needs.

We have been very happy with the care given to our mother. She came to the home on 30th August. Initially, she was very unsettled, but the staff helped her and supported us through a very difficult time. All the staff are friendly and approachable. Mam enjoys the food and she is encouraged to interact with fellow residents. We have no concerns about her care and well being.
