My friend has been a resident at the above care home since Feb 2016. He was dying when admitted to the care home with the care and kindness given to him in this space of time he is a different person. The staff are amazing to all residents, not just my friend. I would like to say it is an amazing place.

I am very happy with the way my mum is treated here, she seems very happy and settled. Not really happy about activities, but saying that I am not here all the time, but never seen anything going on. The food seems quite good and she seems to like it. I have never heard her complain about the food.

Dad has been a resident at Middleton Hall for 5 1/2 years. Although his health has slowly declined over this period the standard of care he has received since he arrived there has far from declined. Indeed, it improves with every year that passes. I truly believe that it is only the kindness and concern
of all the staff that keeps Dad not only alive, but comfortable and content.

Mum has only resided at Middleton Hall for three days, so my impressions must be seen in the light of very little experience, however during the period when the decision to move mum was made to the present, I can only say that I am very impressed with all aspects of the care mum is receiving at Middleton
Hall. The staff are pleasant, obviously committed to giving a very high standard of care, and helpful in all respects. The business side of things is carried out very professionally and this does not interfere with the care given to residents. I am very happy indeed for my mother to stay here on a long term basis.
