Mum had a wonderful welcome from the manager and her team. The room is lovely and Mum settled quickly. Nothing has been too much trouble and all the staff are kind caring and considerate. They know Mum's needs and always share any updates when we visit. We are delighted with all aspects of care and
accommodation Mum receives and appreciate all they do for us as a family.

I spent a period of 6 1/2 months as a resident in Highfield House, I had never had any previous experience of a care home, from the moment I went into the home the management and staff were unbelievably helpful. No matter what I had a problem with the staff were there to lend a hand and make sure I
was fine, I was classed as independent so didn’t need much in the way of care, even so I was still looked after exceptionally well. Other residents in the home were suffering from either Alzheimer's or dementia, once again the care that the staff offered was unbelievable, the staff showed so much compassion to the residents which I found lovely, if I was asked I would have no problem recommending Highfield House to anyone that was looking to use their facilities.
