My mum has been a resident in Springbank since Feb 21. My mum will be 96 on 8/07/26 I honestly can't thank Carole & all her staff including Judith who cooks the residents wonderful meals .
My mum would not have lived to this ripe old age without the care given to her.
I can't thank them enough even though sadly her alzheimer's is progressing rapidly now the care is second to none.
I'm so grateful.

Thank-you keep doing what your doing your all amazing

Five star plus isn't even enough for Springbank.
The care and consideration that Carol and every one of the staff here gave mum and the family was second to none.
From mums very first day 2years ago it was like a home from home. We were able to use all her own furniture in her bedroom so that the transition was more seamless. She loved the staff and they loved her. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for her. I didn't even consider anywhere else for mum as Springbank had been recommended to me by so many others.
I'd like to thank everyone involved in mums care.

You are all angels.

Just over 18 months ago, I stated that Springbank was Heywood's hidden gem which was an understatement. Springbank is a very friendly home from home that provides the best possible care. I cannot thank everyone at Springbank for the love they showed and care they gave to my father while he was there. Although I have given Springbank 5 stars, I would like to give them 16, 1 for every star that works there! The other residents deserve a big star too!

Overall Experience
After moving our mother from another home into springbank we have got our mum back again after she had a terrible experience in another home. I deliberately missed out care in that description. The other home didn't care.
Springbank care home staff are amazing. They have brought mum back to life and we can see the twinkle in her eye again. She has dementia and needs 24-hour care and Springbank deliver that and more. The staff truly do care for the residents and mum is now flourishing in their care. She is eating better, looks clean and bathed all the time, hair brushed, clothes clean, and her demeanor shows she is content. We as a family could not ask for more and can only thank the staff for their hard work in ensuring our mother is treated with respect and dignity each and every day. We no longer have to worry about how our mum is being treated as it's evident every time we go and see her that the staff show her compassion and care each and every day.

Fantastic care home.

This was the first Christmas my mother has spent at Springbank and was going to be different to all other Christmases. I need not have worried. I arrived on Christmas morning to find residents singing Christmas songs and carols with a singer playing her guitar. Staff were dressed festively and joining in. The tables were set out beautifully and like all the decorations, every effort had been made to stimulate and interest the residents. Such a warm and active atmosphere, such a lot of hard work. I felt that everyone cared.
