Please be assured our staffing levels are constantly under review because staffing is based on the dependencies of our Residents and the occupancy of the home. We are currently recruiting into vacancies at the home and if required we supplement the vacancies by providing agency staff to support.

Craig has gained many years’ experience in providing care and support to older people, to enrich their lives. He is a knowledgeable and committed leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards of care and quality of life for Residents.
Craig joined Holme Lea as Home Manager because he closely shares HC-One’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every Resident. He extends this caring approach to his colleagues and works closely with them to deliver care and support to Residents in a way that they gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.
He also works hard to arrange events and activities with nearby schools and clubs and is always keen to include the local community in life at Holme Lea.
When asked what he enjoys most about his role, Craig remarked: “I love that I have a very hard-working team who genuinely care about our Residents.”
Away from work, Craig loves nothing more than going to the theatre, swimming and long drives.
