I found the review excellent as I found out how the staff felt my mother was doing and could discuss her needs for future care. The person who conducted it made me feel that my feelings and those of my mother mattered and that she was a person and not just another resident. The whole review was conducted in a relaxed and friendly manner.

Overall Experience

My mum has been in Sandon House for nearly a year. I cannot believe how well she has settled and the care she receives is amazing. She has dementia and other problems but is always treated with respect and dignity. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff. It has taken the pressure off myself and my family so much. I now feel at last I have got my own life back. I can't thank everyone involved at Sandon House enough. They are amazing.

Overall Experience

The home was suffering under last management, demotivated staff, not enough staff etc. Now the staff are motivated, upbeat and happy. The only reason I have kept mum here is because of one person who genuinely cares for her residents. Great changes lately, thank you.
