Clifton House is owned and operated by Deepdene Care, a nationwide provider of mental healthcare. The service provides ongoing care and rehabilitative support for adults who may be at risk of exploitation or self neglect. Clifton House is located in the pleasant surroundings of Trafford with easy walking access to local amenities and public transport services. Clifton House is well equipped to serve the needs of 32 residents with a team of staff that include experienced social and key workers as well as activity staff.
Care workers offer 24 hr support, and are highly trained in specialist mental health issues and challenging behaviours, making the most of community links and resources in order to achieve positive outcomes.
By focusing on individual strengths and aspirations, clients are able to pursue positive risk taking and develop towards a healthier, optimistic and more independent lifestyle.
