My mum has been in Maple Lodge for 2 years. The staff care for my mum very well.
They are kind and considerate and very friendly. There are always activities for the residents although my mum does not tend to participate they do ask her regular.
The food looks lovely and if my mum misses a meal
they will always offer her something else.
I like the staff very much x

Dad settled very quickly at Maple Lodge thanks to the support of the whole team. That extended to helping the family come to terms with Dad's change in circumstances. He feels at home there.

Dad has settled in to Maple Lodge very well which I feel is largely due to the care and attention of the staff. Dad is always clean and tidy. His bedroom is always spotless and his bed is always clean. Carol 'entertains' Tuesday to Saturday. Residents have a day out every Tuesday. There's bingo
and quizzes and she always celebrates resident's Birthdays.

I am very happy with the care Maple Lodge provides for my mum who has been here for a few years. The staff are amazing and are so kind and patient. Everyone from manager, carers, cleaning, kitchen and maintenance staff know Mum and always show her care and compassion even when she is struggling to express
herself due to her dementia. They also look after us as a family and we are happy to approach them if we have any concerns.

I cannot fault anything about this care home. My mum gets well looked after. The staff are excellent all round. I always recommend this home to people who are looking for care for a member of their family.

The carers are very hardworking and take a great deal of time to make sure Mum and the other residents are kept safe and well. Lots of time and effort is put in to provide activities for everyone. The daily exercises go down well with residents and their families.

My precious mum has been really looked after since her stay in March 2023. The care team, cleaners, manager and kitchen staff are all amazing and caring. Nothing is ever too much trouble, very helpful, happy and smiling on every visit, all staff are very supportive. We could not have chosen a better
place for our to be in. The housekeeping is outstanding, the place is spotless.

I am pleased with the care for my father. Staff are caring and conscientious in all that they do. Everyone is polite and welcoming. The manager runs the home well. Rooms are dated and small but functional. Overall, I feel at ease my father is safe and being looked after. Thank you.

My dad has been resident here since March 2023 and is well cared for. The staff are really friendly and helpful and it’s always well staffed. We have noticed a huge difference in my Dad and more importantly, he seems really happy to be living here.

Mum has just spent time at Maple Lodt for a respite break. She was welcomed with open arms and smiling faces by management and staff. She settled in very quickly. The care and support were amazing, and nothing was a problem, and they all made us feel like part of the family. Will defiantly be returning

The staff are out of this world. Extremely satisfied with the care Mum is receiving. Mum is eating better, and has activities with the other residents. I am very pleased we found the best care a parent should receive.

My mum has been in Maple Lodge for five years and I have had some issues over the years but in the month of February this year the Manager has taken on a new member of staff and she goes above and beyond to help me with mum. Such a lovely caring helpful member of staff.

She receives excellent quality care. The whole team from the manager to carers, cleaners, cooks (the food is great) are the best.

I was so delighted to place my mother at Maple Lodge. It was 100x better than her previous care home. The staff are very kind and engaging and clearly enjoy their jobs there. My mum has settled in very quickly and has been making friends. There is always something going on, sometimes karaoke, playing
games, watching TV or bingo. The manager is very nice and communicative. Visiting hours are long, and visitors are always welcome.
