Pelham Grove Care Home Reviews (5)
Over all time Pelham Grove Care Home has 5 reviews.
My dad has lived at Pelham Grove since November 2019. He is by nature a very unsettled person and really struggled with the idea of living in a home, but as his dementia developed he needed 24-hour support to be safe. Pelham Grove is a wonderful, homely place with wonderful staff who deliver a really consistent standard of care. It is the best place my dad could possibly at this time in his life. Thanks to the manager and all the staff.
It was a very upsetting time for us as a family, having to accept that Mum required 24-hour care in a care home. Pelham made her feel welcome right away and have always been amazing and caring with Mum and our family. This made us feel reassured.
The manager and the entire team are extremely hard-working and always happy to help us with any queries or concerns we have. I visit lots of nursing homes within my job role as a clinician and can honestly say Pelham Grove as a care home knocks spots off many of the nursing homes!
I would have no hesitation in recommending this care home to anyone considering a place for their loved one.
Thanks a million guys.
My Aunty was admitted to Pelham Grove on November 21. From the moment she was admitted, she was made to feel at home. The staff went above and beyond in helping her settle in and during the difficulties they experienced with my aunty due to her dementia. They never once changed towards her, still giving her the care she needed each and every day.
A big thank you, as a family we would have loved her to stay there but her needs have changed and the home isn't the right environment for her.
My Mum has resided at this home for 10 years. It has a warm family feel to it and she has always been well cared for and treated with dignity and respect. She recently sadly passed away and the staff at the home have been wonderful, kind and supportive to both my Mum and myself.
I visit the home regularly, staff always friendly and here to help. Accommodate visitors well. Home tidy and clean. Always smells nice, love all the staff. Excellent service.
