What can I say. I love every member of staff. my aunty has been end of life for 3 weeks. I cannot praise the staff enough. There compassion kindness and care given to myself and my aunty has been excellent. I can honestly say we have both been looked after, not a dry eye when she passed. Great team always made very welcome, I will not forget Hampton Court kindness

Myself, my mother, and Lexi one of the carers visited the Pub for a meal out as a treat for my mother. The carers got my mum ready, chief amongst the Cloes, Nicky, and most of all Lexi, who accompanied us. She was good company throughout and was very pleasant. The next day, I returned to visit my mum at Hampton, where we were amply provided for by Janet and the day staff.

My mother is being looked after very well; her needs are being met. However, some days are better than others for her because of the nature and severity of her illness. Despite this, she is responsive, and you can still have a conversation with her.

Thank you for your lovely review. We're so pleased your mum enjoyed her trip out and that our team could support the special visit. It's wonderful to hear she is being well cared for. Thank you so much.

We can't thank the team enough for the outstanding care and kindness shown at this care home. A very special thank you to Rachel and Lexi, who went above and beyond in every possible way. Their compassion, patience, and genuine warmth made such a difference, not only to our loved one but to our whole family.

Rachel and Lexi treated everyone with dignity and respect, always taking the time to listen and reassure us. It was clear that this is more than just a job to them - they truly care. Knowing our loved one was in such capable and loving hands gave us complete peace of mind.

An exceptional care home with exceptional people. We will always be grateful.

I have contemplated and cogitated and concluded that Hampton Court is well-led by the manager with a good team supporting her and quests. I have no concerns in her care whilst she is a resident in the home, as the room she sleeps in is comfortable enough and she is well-fed and relatively happy. Her day might well be a bit more active and the staff may well reflect that in the future. To all that are involved in my wife's care - thank you.

Deeply regret putting my beloved Mum in this home. Found my Mum in bed unconscious and had to phone an emergency ambulance myself. Paramedics shocked on arrival. Failed to let either myself or my sister know until 4.30 pm that they had left our Mum in bed all day, despite specifically informing the manager that our Mother was not to be left in bed/put back to bed. Kept asking staff to bring in the GP. They claimed that they could not get through to my Mum's GP despite hanging on the phone for 2 hours, yet I am advised that all care homes have a direct telephone number to the GP. They did not keep a fluid chart and let our Mother become seriously dehydrated.
Tried to move my Mum to another more suitable care home, but the manager gave my Mum a very bad review at the telephone assessment so that the new care home would not take my Mum, who was charged almost £1,000 per week (from her own money).

Cannot recommend Hampton Court.

Over the last two years I have been visiting the home almost every day to visit my friend who sadly had dementia and needed extra support. Firstly on arrival the welcome was lovely and my friend had settled in and found many new friends, and the freedom to walk around the 3 spacious lounges and join in the warm, calm atmosphere. I was always greeted by smiling and laughter, the care was dignified, professional and kind. The manager, deputy manager and all staff are exceptional in all they have done over the last two years, the best home we could of chosen, they met all needs and beyond up until the final days. The care stepped up when more support and nursing input was needed, what a wonderful team, thank you all.

All of the staff have been very accommodating with my Nana and her needs. They have been working out what is best for her to drink from as she has a terrible tremor in her hands, they have also organised for her to have her hair done every week
The home is always lovely and clean and the staff are always very attentive.
My family is very pleased that my nana is being looked after so well here and she also has the freedom to pop out for coffee with my grandad as and when they like.

Thank you for all the work you do.

What a home! I do not get to visit much as I am elderly myself. They welcomed me with open arms, including other residents of the home. When I was there myself and my sister took part in a parent's evening. We were able to have a meeting with the manager and we helped plan the care my brother needs. It was wonderful that me and my sister had a trip down memory lane with my brother and the manager of the home. I did not know much about dementia but she was able to enlighten me and point me in the right direction of where I can find out more information. I come away really refreshed and positive that he is going to get the care he needs.

I do not get to see my brother that often as I live in London. I visited this month and the staff made such a fuss for us. We had afternoon tea in the pod, we were able to have our own space. The home made scones tasted delicious! When I was there the staff introduced me to the App called Cluster. Using this I am able to see what is happening in the home when the staff post pictures. I am now looking forward to seeing new pictures when I am all the way in London.
