The home made scones tasted delicious! When I was there the staff introduced me to the App called Cluster. Using this I am able to see what is happening in the home when the staff post pictures. I am now looking forward to seeing new pictures when I am all the way in London.
My sister in law lived at Hampton Court. She was so involved with all activities when she first arrived. We was so happy that she had a new lease of life. She had new friends (more than what she did at home). We did not feel bad at all as we knew she was in safe hands of the fantastic care team...
My sister in law lived at Hampton Court. She was so involved with all activities when she first arrived. We was so happy that she had a new lease of life. She had new friends (more than what she did at home). We did not feel bad at all as we knew she was in safe hands of the fantastic care team they had. One of the days the cleaner even helped my sister in law to the toilet. It truly is a home from home experience. Unfortunately, my sister in law had a natural decline in her health and passed away. However, the care staff nursed her in bed until her very last moments. She was treated with the best dignity and respect that I have ever witnessed. One day I came to the home and when I walked in the room a member of staff was holding her hand and was singing to her. I would highly recommend this home for all those unpaid carers out there who are struggling out there. Thank you Hampton Court, not all superheroes wear capes, they wear a uniform!

My markings below I find awkward because I don't think anything can be excellent unless it is perfect, things rarely are. The staff were friendly.

I had visited my friend who lives in the care home for more than 5 years now. From what I have seen over the years my friend is well looked after from the staff and there is activities on a daily basis, evident in the conservatory area with art work etc. One resident was having her nails and hair...
