Overall Experience

My mother, who has dementia, has struggled to accept full-time living in a care home, feeling her independence has been stripped from her. All the staff are very good and each individual has made the effort with my mother, by supporting her and taking time out with her, spending valuable time with her on a one to one basis.

Overall Experience

I enjoy visiting my mum at Hampton Court. My mum and I enjoy the company of the staff and the other residents within the team. There is a nice family atmosphere within the home and when leaving my mum after my visit I leave her in the knowledge that she is safe, happy and well cared for by team Hampton within Hampton Court
