and always clean. Mum enjoyed the food and the staff made each visit enjoyable. My expectations of a Care Home were low but The Pines have restored my faith in what we should expect from the Care system. Thanks so
much.
Thank you for your kind words. The Pines pride themselves on quality care being delivered. We are pleased that we restored your faith in the care sector.
Home very clean. Staff always around to help. Sister very happy there. Meals excellent. Couldn't wish for a better place for her.
Thank you so much for your kind words. We're delighted to hear that your sister is happy here and that you've found our home to be clean, welcoming, and supportive. Our team takes great pride in providing a caring environment where residents can feel comfortable and well looked after. It's...
As my husband has had to go into care, it has given me peace of mind to know he is in such a caring environment. He is treated with dignity, humour and affection. He is contented and now joins in with the other residents in their various activities.
All-round, excellent, no complaints at all, only compliments.
Mum (age 99) has been living at The Pines since March of this year, and we are extremely grateful for the excellent standard of care that she has been receiving there during these most difficult of times. She has been kept safe and comfortable, enjoying her surroundings (her very nice room looks out into the garden) and the food. Staff have all been extremely caring over these eight months, and always cheerful despite the challenging circumstances of the Covid crisis. Visits have of course been few and far between because of the various lockdowns, but I look forward to using the newly installed visitor pod tomorrow. Many thanks for the great care you take of Mum, and the peace of mind that we have from that.
My mum went into The Pines in August 2018 and settled in very quickly due to the fantastic staff and pleasant layout etc. We are so pleased that she is being so well looked after and kept happy and safe. We couldn't ask for more from them and would highly recommend The Pines.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and seem to enjoy looking after all the residents. We feel happy that Mum is being cared for in her old age.
Staff happy and very pleasant.
Very caring and supportive of residents.
Food good.
Cleanliness very good.
Simple but pleasant accommodation. Very happy and pleasant staff. Great food, well varied. Nice gardens, well looked after, friends and relations made most welcome. Entertainment frequently provided including quizzes often included. As a recommendation, I would happily live there myself.
My Husband has been resident at The Pines for 15 months. He is very well looked after and all medical needs are very quickly dealt with. His personal needs are coped with in a way that isn't in any way embarrassing. He enjoys his food and has a very easy relationship with all the carers.
It is hard when a family member has to move into residential care, but after my initial visit, I knew I wouldn't find anywhere better. My thanks to all the staff.
Great care home, friendly, very respectful. Provides warmth and good food is provided by the 2 chefs who take care to ensure food is nutritious. Most importantly the home is spotless.
