Mum was an emergency placing due to a rapid decline in her mental state due to dementia and after one short viewing, it was the best residential home we had seen - bright, light and welcoming. Staff are friendly, capable and the rooms are large and spacious and ensuite. I couldn't ask for a better place for Mum.

Friendly, well organised, clean. Smells nice, caring. Lots of activities. Food sometimes not up to a good standard. Only going by what my aunt says.

When we were looking for a place for Dad to reside, we looked at Bradwell Court amongst others. We soon got a good feel for the place. The care and professionalism of the staff were excellent. Dad loved the food and all the extra activities provided. Bingo, cake making, sing-along and many more. Beautiful gardens which could be accessed in the summer. Sadly Dad passed away 5th February 2020. Very sad but still left all the family with very happy memories. Many thanks to all the staff.

My father has been a resident for just a few weeks, and he has been made extremely welcome. He has received excellent care. His room is excellent, and everything is very clean. The food is excellent with plenty of choices. Very pleased with how things are going. We can’t wait for the summer months because they have a large garden where I am sure it will be lovely to sit surrounded by lovely flowers.

All of the rooms in Bradwell Court are comfortable being generously sized, with big windows and kept really clean. The Care staff are all very friendly and supportive, they work together as a team to provide dedicated and compassionate care. My father's preferences and needs were met on a daily basis, he was encouraged and given the freedom, to do what he wanted to do when he wanted to do it. The home-cooked food was excellent with choices offered at every meal. The home is well managed and communication is good. The activity co-ordinator and staff put on a wide range of activities each week with the occasional day trip, visiting entertainers and seasonal events. Senior care staff are quick to respond to changes in resident's health and have a good working relationship with the local primary care providers. It is a team effort to provide excellent person-centered care and I would recommend this home for residential care.

When my Mother in Law decided that she wanted to go into a care home in Congleton, my husband and I knew immediately where we would prefer her to live - Bradwell Court. We had previously visited my grandmother, who was a resident for 7 years and having recently seen other homes, there was really only one choice.

My mum, aged 97, was admitted to Bradwell Court, Congleton, it felt like a happy and caring home as soon as we entered. it was a great comfort to know mum would be happy there. The care, compassion and dignity she received was excellent. Family were greeted like friends when we visited. Excellent management and staff, I would say to anybody 'don't be afraid to send your loved one to Bradwell Court' they deserve top recommendation.

On my first visit to the home I was very impressed, all the residents looked very happy and the staff were very welcoming. My mother had a lovely large room overlooking the well-kept garden, everywhere in the building was clean and tidy.
The care and dedication the staff give to the residents is exceptional, going beyond their duties to ensure the residents receive the best possible care.
Photographs taken by the staff of my mother enjoying the many activities during her time there have left me with many happy memories of her life. We came to regard the staff as our friends and could not have wished for a better place for my mother to spend the final months of her life.

Words can not fully describe how grateful our family feel towards the staff who cared for our mother with such compassion, love and care.

From the previous review, I still can say that the care given to my dad at Bradwell Court is excellent. When I visit I am kept up to date with my dad's health and possible needs if required. I am made to feel very welcome, nothing is too much trouble for the staff when a request is asked.

Long may it continue for particularly my dad and the family.

Absolutely amazed with the care home, the facilities are excellent along with the staff. The amount of time that the staff give to the residents is exceptional and are very compassionate. The welcome that my wife and I received on our first visit was unbelievable and has been the same every time we have visited my mother. The difference in my mother's welfare and health has improved quite significantly since she became a resident in this care home. We have been somewhat taken aback by how all the staff go out of their way to tell us about everything that happens in the care home and have all introduced themselves to us.

I am very impressed with my father in laws room - huge and comfortable. Always clean and tidy, with a great view of the garden.
Communal areas are well set up and the staff are attentive and take an interest in all the residents.
Safety is very high in staffs minds ( I accidentally set off a door alarm and three or four staff were there in seconds).

Very happy and father in law is too.

My mother transferred to Bradwell Court from another residential care home in September 2018. Since her transfer, I have noticed a great improvement in her demeanour. She is brighter, more talkative and looks very well. Although I was anxious about a transfer at her advanced age, she settled in very quickly and I have not heard her complain about anything. The staff are kindly and encouraging. The lady who runs the activities has managed to involve mother in them and particularly in the lovely parties which are held at the home.

I am very pleased. The only criticism is the size of the public rooms which are too small for the furniture.

Mum moved into Bradwell Court in October 2016.
Her time there was a good experience for all of us.
The carers are so very kind and the size of the bedrooms are really big.
The manager hires great staff and manages the home in a very efficient and tidy manner.
We were constantly grateful for all the genuine care that mum was given and the thought put into making her comfortable.

We were sad that Mum had to leave for nursing care.

My mother has been a resident at the above care home since March 2013. I have been totally satisfied with the quality of her care, the flat she occupies and the staff. I have always found the staff treat my mum (who has dementia) with empathy and dignity and are very kind and considerate with her. In the event of her needing medical treatment I am kept informed at each stage of her care. In my professional career in the NHS I have had reason to visit many care homes and Bradwell Court is definitely an excellent example.
