Absolutely fantastic home. We're all so very pleased that our mother has found such a wonderful place to live. All the staff are so very friendly and helpful and can't do enough for everyone. Everywhere is so clean and the meals are so exceptional that our mother has gained her appetite back. Thank you all so very much.

My husband settled in well when he arrived. The rooms are large and comfortable, with views over the peaceful gardens and some rooms have views of the countryside beyond. There have been some interesting activities provided for the residents, indoors and out of doors. The staff are caring and get to know their residents well and can often anticipate their needs, which they deal with in a warm and friendly way, when possible. The food always looks delicious.

My father has been living here since June. Both myself and his previous carer who looked after him at home, are so pleased with his progress. Although his mobility is very poor, the staff are encouraging and he's interacting with more people. Rooms are lovely, spacious and kept very clean, so are all areas of the home. The staff are warm and welcoming.

Dad needed to have residential care after hospital and losing his wife of 64 years. Social services flagged up he had lost capacity to live alone. Bradwell Court is a wonderful, friendly home. All staff are excellent and Dad looks really well in their care. He enjoys chatting to other residents. It's so nice to see Dad happy after recent events of health and loss.

Our wonderful Mum, who has Alzheimer's, moved to Bradwell Court in September 2020. She couldn't have gone there at a more difficult time during the pandemic. Bradwell Court has kept her safe and well cared for during these extremely challenging times. She is very active and as it is a small home they are more than happy to allow her to walk around as much as she wants. She is engaged in many activities, which is so important and is often seen smiling and laughing. The staff are very caring and go that extra mile whenever we have any concerns or requests, they are a great team. We are so delighted to be able to visit Mum in her room now and take her out in the car, always being very careful and safe, and following the rules.

Bradwell Court was recommended to us by a friend whose Mum was there a couple of years ago and we will always be eternally grateful and feel lucky to have found it.

Bradwell Court provided a kind and caring home to my father for the last six months of his life. They provided a varied and interesting range of activities to keep his mind and body active, were unfailingly attentive to his desires and needs, and went above and beyond to make his last few months as happy and comfortable as possible. The staff were all excellent and the home maintained to a very high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend Bradwell Court.

Obviously, due to Covid, I have not been able to go in to visit my mother at Bradwell Court but I have been able to "view" her through a window. Under the circumstances, this works quite well although she's not really sure of who I am and needs to be reminded several times during the visit she seems to enjoy it. The staff there are fantastic, even through a window you can see that they are doing a good job and work well as a team. They are always very caring and loving towards my mum and are always very caring towards me too. If there are any problems with mum they ring up to inform/discuss them with me. Bradwell Court is the best place I could have taken my mum to as I feel the manager and her staff are all doing an excellent job of protecting the residents from Covid.

I would like to thank all the staff at Bradwell Court for the care they gave to my mother in the months leading up to her death. She arrived at the care home in February aged 91, a disorientated and very depressed lady suffering from mild dementia. She had lived alone for eight years after losing my dad and was becoming a recluse - only wanting to see very close family.

Bradwell Court turned all that around and made her about as happy as anyone could be in these times of Covid. She often told me how kind the staff were and I could see that from the way they treated her with respect, dignity and eventually love. They encouraged her to make friends and were absolutely fantastic in trying to make her life interesting and mentally stimulating - their virtual tour of the world project was inspired. Being able to talk to her or the staff 24/7 also gave me confidence that they do their best for their residents every day. I don't think we could have asked for more. Thank you again.

Resident to staff ratio is good, and the staff are very helpful. Spacious bedrooms with en-suite facilities give each resident a comfortable 'private area'. The food is very good and varied, each resident can choose from the main meal menu each day. Since moving to Bradwell Court, my mother has been happier and content.

Bradwell Court, Congleton might only be small compared with other care homes, but the staff there are amazing. Since the problems of the lockdown, they have gone that extra mile, putting residents before their own family (risk-wise). Never, ever met such dedicated staff. I see Dad through a window and I know how much pressure they are under to help family and do their job. Can't praise them enough, as a family member, it's always nice to see familiar faces.

After my mum going into a care home then nursing home, I was very nervous about putting Dad into a home. I only wish I'd chosen Bradwell Court for Mum. The staff make the home what it is, they are like family members, not carers. I know my dad is in safe hands, he's very happy as are we.

Mum has always been well cared for and loved by all staff. Whilst in lockdown due to Covid-19, we as a family have been kept up to date on all Mum's treatments/care. We've had Facetime, window time and updates either by phone or email. All staff have gone well beyond to maintain health and safety for Mum. We couldn't have asked for anything better than she has received. Many thanks to all.

During the pandemic and with my mother's illness the staff have been really good at keeping me in touch with what was happening. They encouraged Mother to eat and drink to help her recovery. The Easter card and photo they sent were really nice touches.
