From walking into the building we were greeted and my 96yr old mother was whisked away to eat dinner which she thoroughly enjoyed. We then went to her room only to find a beautiful large room with a bay window. Looking over a beautifully kept garden. The staff then came in and took details about her and her needs and even brought up another cup of tea with some homemade ginger biscuits. The whole experience exceeded my expectations and my expectations were very high. This has been a great beginning and I should have done this a long time ago. I look forward to seeing my mother smile as she enjoys a new home.
Thank you for your lovely feedback. We're delighted your mother enjoyed such a warm welcome, her meal, and her beautiful room. It's wonderful to hear our team helped make this transition so positive.
On our initial visit to Bradwell Court we observed the lounge and dining area and the interaction between residents and staff. We immediately got a really good feeling which was further reinforced after discussions with the Deputy Manager. Although Dad has only been at Bradwell Court for nine weeks we have come to know many of the wonderful staff and the way the home works. The atmosphere is homely and peaceful. Every time we visit we thank our lucky stars that we chose Bradwell Court. There isn't a 5-star hotel style reception with a dedicated receptionist, but more importantly there are incredible caring and dedicated staff for whom nothing is ever too much trouble. The residents are clearly the number one priority, and there's always a very warm welcome for visitors too. We know that dad is receiving the best possible care and attention, his needs are being met, he is treated with respect and dignity and he really does matter to those caring for him. We couldn't ask for more.
Thank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback. We are delighted to hear that from your first visit you felt a sense of warmth and reassurance, and that this has continued as your dad has settled in. Knowing he is treated with dignity, respect and genuine care means a great deal to us. Our team is...
My wife was admitted to Bradwell Court at the start of February. It has been a difficult period of adjustment for her and for myself but the carers have been unfailingly kind in helping me to negotiate this difficult transition. My wife is still struggling to adjust to her new environment and changed circumstances and I will be able to offer a more informed judgement about the care home when she has been resident for longer - but thus far I have been happy with the support we have both received and with the overall provision
Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how challenging this transition can be and are pleased to hear our team has been kind and supportive. We remain focused on providing a reassuring, welcoming environment as your wife continues to settle.
The facility itself is well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed to create a comfortable, homely environment. Communal areas are inviting, and there are plenty of opportunities for social interaction, which seems to contribute positively to residents' wellbeing.
One of the standout aspects is the range of activities offered. From creative arts to gentle exercise programs, residents are encouraged to stay engaged and active, which is clearly reflected in their overall mood and engagement.
Meals are varied and nutritious, catering to different dietary requirements, and the staff are accommodating when residents have specific preferences or needs.
Thank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback. We're pleased to hear you experienced the warm, welcoming atmosphere we strive to create and that our team's compassion, activities and dining options made a positive impression. It's wonderful to know our home supports residents to feel engaged, comfortable and well cared for.
My husband has been in Bradwell Court Care home for nearly two years now, and I am impressed daily by the care an attention he has received during that time, by the most wonderful staff. He is always clean and tidy, and states that he is very happy there. He comments daily on how good the food is, and he has recently been moved to a lovely sunny room on the ground floor, so that the staff can keep a closer eye on him as he is becomes more frail and they can reach him more quickly should the need arise. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and they always have his safety and well-being at the forefront of their minds. I don't hesitate to recommend them.
Thank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback. We're delighted to hear how happy your husband feels and how supported you are by our team. It's wonderful to know the care, attention to comfort, nutritious meals and thoughtful room move have made such a positive difference to his wellbeing.
Very helpful staff and a clean and pleasant environment for the residents. Lots of entertainment put on for the residents including seasonal celebrations and good home cooked food provided each day. Garden is catered for residents very well also.
Thank you for your lovely feedback. We're delighted to hear you've found the environment welcoming and that the experiences, home cooked meals and garden are bringing joy to the residents.
Whilst choosing the right home for my Grandma, the staff made us feel so welcome whilst showing us around. The process of moving in was so easy and everyone was very helpful.
The home is amazing; spacious, lots of natural light & a lovely garden to look out onto, there was also a space that was often set aside for us as a family of 8 to spend time with her in a more private setting - the kitchen often cooked up a meal for us.
Whenever we visited it was clear how much the staff cared for her and all the residents. Being part of the social media group meant we got to see all the fun activities they have on - and her 100th birthday celebrations!
So much dignity and care was given to my Grandma throughout her stay and we also felt looked after by the team when she passed. I can't sing their praises enough.
Thank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback. It means a great deal to know your Grandma felt so cared for and that your family felt supported throughout her time with us. We're truly touched by your kind words.
Although she is confused she loves to sing and especially loves Christmas songs.
The staff are always on hand to answer any questions regarding how she is and keep me informed of anything involving her care, I am her only relative and next of kin, they are very perceptive of how I feel and so I am very grateful.
Thank you for sharing such a heartfelt review. We're delighted to hear your sister feels so well cared for and enjoys joining in with the festive activities. It's wonderful that the entertainment and Christmas songs bring her joy. Your kind words mean a lot to the whole team.

Bradwell court was recommended for the exceptional care given , and we saw this first hand when my mother spent the last 7 months of her life there. The staff and management have gone beyond our expectation in supporting not only my father but also the family too, which at times has been very stressful for us as a family. The party which they gave for his 90th Birthday was very memorable, with residents being involved in making decorations etc.
I would highly reccomend the home.

From the minute we stepped into Bradwell Court we knew this was the place for Mum. The lady who showed us round was very friendly and reassuring at a very stressful time. It definitely has the home from home feeling. Mum was very unsure on her arrival, but the Management team and staff greeted her with open arms and have definitely made her feel at home. Mum is absolutely thriving and joining in with all the activities. The staff go above and beyond with the residents to ensure they are all well looked after. I would 100% recommend Bradwell Court to anyone finding themselves in a stressful situation of having to put their loved one on 24 hour care.
