In the short time my father has been a resident we can see that the staff are really dedicated to caring for the residents, knowing their individual needs and always helping and chatting to the residents. What an exceptional team of staff. There are always activities going on in the lounge ensuring the residents have a stimulating environment.
I cannot speak highly enough of the manager and other members of staff who are all approachable and never dismissive they have been enormously helpful in settling my father and helping the family navigate through the process.

I am visiting my sister from the USA, and I am so pleased that her two sons chose Bradwell Court for their mother to live for the rest of her life. She is suffering from dementia and her caregivers understand her condition and treat her with love and respect.

Mum has thoroughly enjoyed her fortnight's respite at Bradwell Court. The rooms are large, light and comfortable. The staff are lovely. I couldn't be happier with her treatment.
Thank you for your five-star review for Bradwell Court. We are so pleased to hear that your mum enjoyed her respite break with us and would be delighted to welcome her back to stay again.
The environment was both welcoming and felt secure, Aunty's room was far more roomy than we expected and yet, had items from her old bungalow to make it feel homely.
The staff we met were both friendly and polite with a professional attitude.
To summarise, we came away feeling very relieved with the home, the staff and how well looked after and happy she was.
Thank you for your wonderful review for Bradwell Court, we are so pleased to hear how well your aunt has settled into the home. We are lucky to have these beautifully spacious rooms throughout which are perfect for residents to bring anything they like to make it feel like home.
Clean, spacious room. Homely lounge with home-cooked food. Very pleasant accommodating staff.
Thank you for your five-star review for Bradwell Court, we will be sure to pass your comments and ratings to the team, especially the chef!
The work and effort did not end there, the Management and staff at Bradwell Court were exceptional with the organisation of the party. The food quality and presentation along with supplying some lovely china and glasses for our champagne toast just kept adding to making the occasion so memorable. A number of people commented on how nice the home was and how friendly helpful and supportive the staff were. A beautifully decorated 50th Anniversary cake was obtained through a member of staff which we appreciated and underlines their commitment.
Thank you is hardly enough.
Thank you for your wonderful review, the team at Bradwell Court certainly do know how to make these celebrations extra special!
I can't thank you all enough, you go above and beyond for our families and also for us relatives, it's an extended family for everyone.
My brother and his wife are both residents and today is their golden wedding anniversary wowzer 50 years. We are having a party and we couldn't have had one without you all, a special thank you to the 2 members of staff you are wonderful coming in on your day off to decorate and prepare the room, which looks amazing, a special thank you to the team leader for organising the amazing cake, and oh our amazing chef for his oh so delicious buffet, and a massive thank you to all the wonderful staff, not just for today but for every day, love you all to bits.

A fantastic environment for my mum to live in. She has made lots of new friends and settled in well. Her room is great with everything she needs, overlooking a lovely garden. The care team members are all amazing and nothing is too much trouble for them. My mum is treated with dignity and respect at all times. Communication from the team is thorough and I'm updated as required. Activities are organised on a regular basis and residents can choose to participate or not. The building is well-maintained and always spotlessly clean.
Thank you for your 5 star review for Bradwell Court, we are so pleased your mother has settled into the home so well - the team certainly are fantastic and we will be sure to pass on your comments.
My mum has been a resident of Bradwell Court Residential Care Home for just over a year now and the care she has received during this time has been excellent. Unfortunately of late, my mum’s condition has deteriorated but I have been absolutely delighted by the response of the management team and all the wonderful carers who have done everything possible to meet her changing needs. I cannot fault the care and attention my mum continues to receive - I thank my lucky stars every day that we managed to find my mum such a caring, homely and friendly place to live.
Thank you for your heartfelt review, the team at Bradwell Court will be proud to hear your comments regarding your mother's care and how this has been adapted so well as her needs have naturally changed over time.
I am so glad that we opted for Bradwell Court when deciding on my mother’s care. The care quality is excellent and exceeds expectations. Staff are attentive and nothing is too much trouble, even when they are rushed off their feet! The whole building is very clean and modern, unlike the more ‘traditional’ care homes and the rooms are a good size with facilities you would not normally expect to have. I wouldn’t let my mother stay anywhere else!
All aspects and experience have been of the highest. The daily care of the very highest at all levels. The staff quality is of the highest over all areas - daily care, medical, food, all first-class. The quality is so good we are confident and trust the home at all levels.
My husband has settled into the care home very well and is content with the services provided. I did think that he would take a while to adjust but that was a concern that did not arise thanks to staff friendliness.
The manager is approachable and any queries are dealt with as soon as possible and I’m always kept up to date with Mum's progress.
Mum's first words entering Bradwell were I’m home, I think these will be her last.
Thank you for such a heart-warming review of our home and team at Bradwell Court Residential Care Home. We know how difficult the transition into care can be and I'm just so pleased to hear how well your mum has settled in with us and that she is now at home with us. Best wishes, Fae.
Staff are kindness itself and the care home manager at Bradwell Court has been exceptionally helpful, and always accessible, during a most stressful and difficult time for our entire family. I feel relief and comfort knowing that my husband is being so well cared for, in a kind, pleasant, clean and safe environment. The food is excellent quality, well presented and a credit to the cook and dining room team. What impresses me most, is the genuine, caring nature of the staff and I have the joy of being able to telephone or visit the home at any time. There are no visiting restrictions and I always feel welcome when visiting the home. The management team understands that my wellbeing depends on my husband’s wellbeing and I am so very grateful to have found somewhere so kind, caring, compassionate and empathetic.
Thank you so much for your heart-warming review. It's wonderful to hear that you have peace of mind with your husband in our care. It is so appreciated. Best wishes, Fae
Many thanks to all at Bradwell Court.
Thank you so much for your review and kind words about your husbands respite care break at Bradwell Court. We look forward to welcoming him again. Best wishes, Fae
Bradwell Court has a lovely atmosphere, a warm, caring family feel. Everyone is included and made to feel part of this little community. The residents’ individual needs appear to be fully met within this lovely environment. Staff are motivated, kind and their rapport with all the folks is just great. My wife and I always feel welcome to visit at any time and we both feel that Bradwell Court is a well-run and well-led care home which is testament to it's brilliant team.
Mum was extremely well cared for. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Tea and ginger biscuits are delivered to her room first thing in the morning. The bedrooms are very spacious, light and airy. The activities were great, it was nice to see all the staff engaging with the residents, even the chef! A second quieter lounge for non-dementia patients would be a good addition.

"There is an excellent support network within Sanctuary Care and I really believe in and value the commitment to ensuring fulfilment and a person-centred approach to all of the residents that live with us."

For me Sanctuary Care represents inclusion. I feel part of a team almost like a family. Since joining in 2016, I have been empowered, educated, up-skilled and promoted whilst being supported to deliver the best possible care to a very high standard.

I have worked at Bradwell Court since 2015, during this time I have been given great opportunities to progress and develop my knowledge in the different roles I have worked in. I continue to grow and progress in my role and with the support of the team, work together to provide the best environment for our residents.

I have worked for Sanctuary for over 15 years covering two sites. I enjoy my job and have made a lot of good friends.
My enjoyment is knowing that I give a high standard, ensuring the health and safety of all staff and residents and I take my job extremely seriously.
