We have been to visit a friend on various occasions starting with the Carol Concert (Dec 24). We are very impressed with the home it give a very homely vibe. The staff are caring and friendly and nothing is too much trouble it is nice seeing the residents so happy.

My mum is very happy at Daneside Mews Care Home. All the staff are very good. The home looks so much better for the decorating (face lift). I do think that the weekends should have some activities like they do in the week. To the residents there is no difference in the days (they don't know if it's
Saturday and Sunday) when I have visited at weekends it's extremely quiet.

My mum is a resident at Daneside News and has been for about a month. I have visited her quite a few times and each time I am greeted by cheerfully by the staff. They have a very caring manner and are very efficient. They treat my mum very well with patience and understanding.

The staff are very caring and patient. The staff have a good relationship with residents. Mum is new to the facility but is beginning to settle as mum and staff get to know each other. Mum is well looked after which gives her family peace of mind. Thank you.

All the staff were pleasant and made you feel at ease on every visit. There was never a problem for staff to help in any way whatsoever. I was very impressed with the reception I was given on every visit, and overall cleanliness with the home was remarkable.

My husband was there for just over a year and I can say the staff were very friendly, helpful and gave such amazing care. My husband could at times be quite difficult with personal care, but the staff always manage to put a smile on his face. I will miss all the staff at Daneside mews as they all became

On every occasion I have visited the care home, I have found no reason to complain. I am always informed of all matters concerning my auntie. I have always fund the staff pleasant and kind and very helpful, therefore I have no complaints.

I've no experience of care homes, had read and heard bad things etc.
Here, staff are very focused, friendly and professional. My friend in the care home is very happy. Food looks and smells lovely.

Mum has settled very well into Daneside Mews. Much of this has been due to the happy environment created by the staff. They are all so caring, friendly and chatty. Everywhere is very clean, the food is excellent and all of her needs are being met. Can't praise the staff enough! The entertainment programme
is excellent and Mum has embraced all activities. Daneside Mews is first class.

The care team are great they all work together and alongside one another, they are professional and friendly and really do care for each resident. The food served is home-cooked and presentation is high, the choice is good and the menu changes daily.

My husband has been a resident at Daneside Mews Care Home for six months. Having looked at more than one care home initially, I am very happy to have chosen Daneside Mews.
The entire staff show a very caring attitude both to the residents and also to family members of residents - it does feel a very
homely and loving environment and I would certainly recommend Daneside Mews if asked for my opinion for residential care. HC-One's motto - the kind care company is most apt.

I couldn't wish for my mum to be in a better place. She is "loved" by all I see around her. Daneside isn't just a "care" home, it is a real "home" in the true sense of the word, and all members of staff make it feel as if she is now part of a bigger family, so thank you.

My mum settled into Daneside Mews Care Home immediately thanks to the wonderful care, genuine kindness and very high level of care that she has received since the moment she arrived. Everything is so clean and well-presented. Residents enjoy many different activities. The key to the success of this

Mum has been in Daneside Mews for six months now. Although we have been restrictive under Covid we have nothing but praise for the staff. Under very difficult circumstances we have been allowed to visit Mum, from what little we have seen of the home it appears very clean. The staff are brilliant!
