From the minute i walked in to have a look around i just knew it would be perfect for my Mum, it just felt cosy with a lovely atmosphere. All the staff are amazing and so kind and caring to everyone , whether it is family visiting and of course to all the residents that live there , nothing is ever too much trouble for any of them .My Mum has really settled in and she says its her forever home now ... That in itself speaks volumes and puts my mind at rest knowing she is happy .

Mum has been at Lauren Court for 3 years now and is very happy there. She has made many friends with both residents and staff, who often stop by for a chat. She enjoys the activities, especially the trips out, the trishaw rides and anything that involves singing!

It is a comfort to our Family to know that Mum is cared for so well by Rachael and her wonderful team.

Staff are very pleasant and attentive and have been very good dealing with my mother's on going care. The care home itself is very light and appealing with plenty of activities to get involved with, but also provides quieter spaces if needed

I have nothing but good to say about this marvellous care home. I feel I am so lucky that they have been able to accommodate my mother. Inside it is always very clean and bright, the nice garden is a nice place to relax in. Menus and choices for food every day. The best thing about the home is the staff. Everyone is so very helpful and kind. They are a credit to themselves and this stems from the Manager Rachael. The care and support is excellent, not just to the residents but also their families. Big thank you to you all

My mum came to Lauren Court end of February after a long stay in hospital and we were immediately struck by the warmth shown to us by Racheal, the manager. She is very committed to providing the best care for every resident and that is immediately obvious when you walk around. The staff are genuine in their kindness and support. Nothing is too much trouble and when ever I've visited ( I live in Suffolk ) I'm always made to feel welcome and part of the family. I say family as that's exactly what it feels like there. Mum is very happy and I'm so grateful to know that she is being looked after and getting the best care she could have.

My father was admitted to Lauren Court for approx 6 weeks respite while my husband had major surgery.

My father's social worker had recommended the home as it was local to us but I wanted to ensure my father would be well looked after.

There was no issue with either popping down unannounced or making a formal appointment. I was so impressed with Racheal, the manager, as she was so passionate about what she does and how she runs the home. I was shown around every aspect of the home and we discussed my father's needs. She was happy for me to bring my father in too, in order for him to be part of the decision making process.

Racheal was so welcoming and generous with her time and introduced my father to all the key people and also some of the residents. The whole Team go the extra mile and put the resident at the heart of everything they do. They are so friendly, helpful and caring. The chef even met with my father to discuss any requirements.

I had total peace of mind.

My social worker recommended Lauren Court for my respite of approx 6 weeks while my son-in-law had major surgery.

I was nervous about going in but after meeting Racheal the manager on a viewing, I was happy to move in. Racheal and her Team go out of their way to be friendly and inclusive and very caring. I was treated like one of the family.

The chef met with me to check what I like and the food was nutritious and varied. The people who look after the laundry, cleaning, tea trolley, etc were all so helpful.

My room was always clean and warm and cosy and Racheal does her best to keep the rooms modern and comfortable on a budget. I was able to personalise the room with pictures, etc. I was invited to join in activities but in truth, as I have no dementia, it wasn't necessary.

Visiting is easy for relatives and friends and there are two very nice lounges.

I have no complaints and would recommend Lauren Court, I would be happy to go back should I need extra care in the future.

I'm so thankful for a place like Lauren court, my grandma wasn't cared for properly until we found Lauren court. The care home is spotless, the staff take care of the residents and listen to theirs and their families needs to provide the residents with the best care.
The food they are given looks lovely.

The new manager has made some exceptional improvements and I'm so happy my grandma enjoys her days in there too. Best decision we as a family have made.

This is the second care home our dad has been in and it is by far the better. Since he has been at Lauren court he has been so much happier. The care he receives is second to none. Every time we visit the staff are all very friendly and helpful, makes you feel very welcome. Any problems we have had have been addressed immediately When dad has had a fall we have been informed straight away. Feels like an extended family when visiting. All staff are extremely friendly and very approachable. Children are made to feel very welcome and made a fuss of by all

My elderly sister has been accommodated in Lauren Court for quite some time and although I love 150 miles away, I have made several visits. Due to my own advancing age I am familiar with conditions inside several other care homes, and I feel happy to be able to report that I have always been favorably impressed by the standards achieved in Lauren Court. In particular that your published claim to be the kind care company is in my experience, always borne out in practice.

Following hospitalisation in 2023, Mum moved into Lauren Court. My sister, brother and I all agree that it is the very best care home of the many we looked at in the area. She is very comfortable in her nicely appointed room. She enjoys the wide choice of quality food on offer, and the regular tea and biscuits. She joins in with the various activities available, including the daily exercise classes, and enjoys spending time outdoors in the garden when weather permits. But most of all, she loves the staff. They are all so genuinely kind, caring and loving to her. She has just celebrated her 100th birthday in the home, and the manager arranged an amazing party for her to celebrate the occasion with other residents and with us. We always enjoy visiting Mum because we are treated like family by the staff and Mum is always so happy there whenever we see her. We have the utmost confidence and reassurance that Mum is in a very safe and caring place. It is simply outstanding.

My mother has been a resident of Lauren Court for just over a year. Prior to her moving in, she suffered from anxiety with no interest in eating, drinking or participating in activities of daily life. Now she has completely changed to her old self. She has put on weight, she is relaxed and now leads an active life. This is due to the care and encouragement of all the staff at Lauren Court and our family cannot thank you all enough.

I think my mother is in the best care home she could possibly be in due to financial circumstances. She has come on leaps and bounds in the last 10 months. She has put on weight and her health has improved dramatically. She is well looked after by very caring carers. The staff are first class whether it's management, carers or cleaning staff, they are all customer friendly. I would recommend Lauren Court Care Home very highly.
