This has been a very difficult year for all. The home has been very helpful in facilitating visits as soon as possible and accepting parcels for my aunt when visiting was not allowed. They have been very careful and thorough in all covid rules and kept me informed of all necessary changes.

I can never fault such an outstanding, loving care home. Our mum passed away on 21st January. She has 14 months in Lauren Court. The teamwork is amazing.

My mum went into Lauren Court in February 2019, she didn't settle at first but the staff were brilliant with her, very patient and soon she was mixing with other residents.

Can't praise the staff enough from the manager to the cleaners and other members of staff. Everyone was so helpful, always greeting you with a smile, everywhere spotlessly clean, no "institution" smell. Unfortunately, mum's health deteriorated and she didn't go back after hospital in October. A huge thank you to everyone at Lauren Court for looking after her.

The thing I keep hearing about is the food, the quality and the way it is cooked. And also some of the agency staff don't seem to know what they are doing and need more training.

I have been visiting a resident at Lauren Court for over 18 months and have always found the care excellent.

Staff are cheerful and helpful, rooms are bright and clean and the residents are well looked after and treated with kindness and respect at all times. Overall a very high standard of care.

Lauren Court is absolutely wonderful. The staff are the most patient, caring people I have ever met. They go above and beyond their actual duties and always with a kind word and smile. I couldn't recommend Lauren Court highly enough and would encourage anyone looking for care to look no further.

My mother lived here very happily for just over two years. This review reviews how the home handled my mother's illness towards the end of her life. Doctors were called quickly, I was told quickly, kept up to date as my mother went into hospital. Unfortunately, my mother died aged 95. I have no hesitation in recommending Lauren Court as most residents may end their days here. How this is handled is key and the staff and management were brilliant.

Overall I find most things satisfactory. Since the new maintenance man was employed things have improved. I do wish carpets could be replaced by washable flooring they tend to smell. The carers are all most helpful and friendly even when working long hours.

Lauren Court Care Home is pleasantly situated surrounded by green playing fields with nice views from residents rooms and handy for Cheater. It is open plan and light with a choice of three lounges and has a hotel feel about it. My mother has been a resident for four and a half years and is now 101 years old and has benefited from the routine of regular meals and medication rounds and excellent support from the staff who are caring and create a great atmosphere.

My cousin was moved into Lauren Court from hospital. She liked the hospital and she likes Lauren Court. I have found the management and staff very friendly and helpful and my cousin finds the food very good and all but one of the staff great. So, all in all, I think I could give them five stars!
