I am here primarily to be with my wife due to feet problems. 90 years old I do have dementia and can only thank the staff for their readiness to help with her personally or medically.

The food and accommodation are fine. How everyone remembers our names is outstanding as I have trouble remembering my own. Thank you Leycester House.

Notwithstanding the need for a refurbishment, that alone is cosmetic, the quality of care is excellent.
My mother, an articulate lady of 95, moved in on September 15th and has felt extremely secure within the home.
There is a high level of staffing and each very attentive.
There are other homes that may be smarter however at the end of the day it must be about the quality of care.

Leycester House scores highly.

I find the staff to be extremely helpful, very friendly. There is a very happy atmosphere. When problems arise, they are dealt with as soon as possible. The staff are well coordinated and work well together. The food is well prepared and presented. My sister has been very well cared for.

My mother has always enjoyed going to Leycester House - as day care and now full-time. She enjoys the banter with the staff, who are exceptional in their understanding of the old, infirm, confused clients. They are wonderful how they deal with the care with such dedication and commitment. The home is managed by two wonderful dedicated members of staff, always available to assist with queries and problems. The chef provides a superb service (my mother's words). All in all such a nice 'home from home' place to live. We are so lucky to have such a great facility in the community. We need more like Leycester House.

I have been very pleased with the care provided for my father in Leycester House since he became a resident in November 2015. He settled very quickly and seems very content. There is a cheerful and caring atmosphere within the home, the staff appear to enjoy working there and seem genuinely concerned for the welfare of the residents. Based on my visits, the home seems to be well run, is clean and all the facilities are satisfactory.

I am extremely happy for my mother to live at Leycester House Care Home in Mobberly. I live only a mile away from the home so it is perfect for me to visit her. She is well cared for and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Her room and the furnishings are fine and are well cleaned,, her clothing is laundered every day and she herself is kept clean and well fed. She is encouraged to join in various activities with the other residents.

About three years ago, while my mother was still living independently, I took her to an open day at Leycester House and she said if she was to be looked after, Leycester House would be her choice. I am very happy to think that she is where she chose to be.

Whilst mum was at Leycester House she was happy and very well cared for. She delighted in having her bubble baths.

The staff were kind, caring and nothing was too much trouble for them. I also received help and advice in a situation I had never been before with no other siblings to bounce off.
