My name is Michelle and I am employed by Bank Hall, as part of the management administration team, where I support my manager, Cheryl and deputy manager Leah. I also support our care staff where needed be, my role is wide and varied, and no two days are the same, which is great. You will find me in my office near reception, sorting rotas, wages, residents’ paperwork, recruitment, invoicing, and much more, which I love. The residents often pop in to my office for chats and requests, listening to their history and remembering their past is so heartwarming. The residents are cared for with dignity and respect; they are not just a number here, each resident is treated individually.
