Since my parents moved into the care home we have noticed a massive difference with them, they're so happy all the time be it say in longe charting with their friends or on one of the many excursions they go on, They're clean, secure, very well fed and all their medical needs are attended to.
As a family
it's taken a massive amount of stress off us knowing they're in good hands.
Thank you to all the amazing staff especially James who's like a knight in shining armour for us & them.

My brother has been i Royley House for almost 2 years now, he is very well cared for, there are daily activities that he joins in, he enjoys all the meals, he is taken out regularly and enjoys these trips very much. He enjoys painting and drawing and playing games, my sister from Wales is that impressed

This care home is truly a wonderful place. My dad has been a resident here for over 2 years now and he has received the best care from all members of the staff. He is happy, well looked after with his personal care and he loves the food.
Staff are welcoming, informative about how my dad has been, and
although my dad doesn't join in with the daily activities, the team always make an effort to come into my dad's room to have a chat.

The admission process was efficient and uncomplicated. Management took time to find out the resident's needs. Staff were caring and friendly towards both resident and family - Thank you! Night-time staff seemed to be particularly caring. The home was kept clean - especially the toilets. Food was good
but over-reliance on soup/sandwiches. Entertainment staff try hard with difficult residents, but activities sometimes publicised, the cancelled for trivial reasons (eg bingo sessions/jigsaw sessions)
Overall experience was positve under trying family circumstances. Thank you.
Reply from Cheryl Price, Manager at Bank Hall Care HomeThank you for your kind feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the admission process smooth and that our team took time to understand your loved one's needs. Your comments about our caring staff, especially the night team, cleanliness, and food are greatly appreciated. We also value your feedback regarding activities and meal variety, which will be shared with the team as we continue to improve our service. Thank you again for your trust and support during a difficult time for your family. We wish you all the best.

I couldn't express or have enough praise and gratitude in only one word so here goes, the management, all care staff including domestic, chefs, activities co-ordinator (sorry if I've forgot anyone) but all that are active within the care setting are all amazing ,all of yous work as a team that actually
bounce of each other with great communication and I am delighted, relieved and proud that my mother my world is in safe hands and actually happy I have had conversations with her after a long struggle bringing her smile back due to her not being settled in a short term placement, yous were of full occupancy when we needed you but as soon as I heard you had a vacancy my wife came knocking and welcomed with such wonderful hospitality from management and staff, mum moved within a week and it was like a lightbulb had been switched on, her smile was back , asked what mum thought and her reply was " I love it here it feels like home".
Thankyou for everything.

We are so incredibly grateful for the care and kindness shown to our dad. Living with dementia is challenging, but from the beginning he has always been made to feel safe, welcome, and valued.
The team create such a warm, caring atmosphere-it's clear that kindness and respect are at the heart of
everything they do. Every member of staff we've encountered has been patient, understanding, and genuinely compassionate, not only towards our dad but towards us as a family as well.
We feel reassured every day knowing there is such a wonderful team looking after him. Thank you for everything you do.

My mum became a resident here after her stroke which she really struggled with as she was in her previous home for 30years and highly independent, so it was a big transition for her. But the staff were friendly and welcoming and looked after her every need with care and compassion and always made her
laugh and she made new friends. Then my dad moved in also so they could be together and he would be safe and looked after with his dementia .
It became a much better home under the new management , There was new staff to manage the activities , which has vastly improved and take residents for days out , which my dad really enjoys . Food has improved . Social media was added to keep famillies updated for when they are unable to visit. On the whole a great home for the residents. The staff are profesional , friendly , caring , compassionate , and there is not a high turn over of staff as with most other care homes. I highly reccommend Royley House

Royley House is an example of what high standards need to be met whenlooking after loved ones who are vulnerable.
From the manager to the staff all are very focused on the residents wellbeing.
My mother has been looked after from day one and they let me know immediately if there are any problems or
if she is doing something interesting which really makes me not worry.
Well done and keep up the brilliant work.

Our mum lives in Royley House and has done for 2 1/2 years. We are very happy with the care she receives. Resident are given a choice for meals which is good that they czn make their own choices. The staff are very caring and look like they enjoy working at Royley. The activities they get the residents
involved in are second to none. The activities co-ordinator encourages the residents to get involved if they want to.
Residents files are always kept up to date with daily care notes. We are encouraged to speak to the manager if we have concerns. Each month we get a call when mum is person of the day with an update on mum and we can speak about mums care.
Overall we a very satisfied that mum is in safe hands at Royley.
