I could not recommend Royley House highly enough. I was devastated when we made the decision to move my Mum to a care home but all my worries disappeared when she got to royley house. It's like a hotel and the care and kindness she receives is excellent. The daily activities are fabulous. Thank you for everything you do!

My mum has been a resident here for a few months, she is happy, cared for by all staff and they show genuine care at all times. Mum settled really well thanks to the input of all of the staff in the home as a family we can not ask for more.

Our mum has been a resident in Royley House for over 6 months. All the staff at Royley House are amazing, keeping us as a family up to date with anything that has to do with our mother and if we have any concerns about mum, they are always ready to listen. The staff always have a ready smile when dealing with the residents and create an atmosphere of warmth, professionalism and a reassurance by giving all of the residents the very best of care.

My mum is a resident at Royley House Care Home, she's well cared for and looked after extremely well. She enjoys all the activities but unfortunately she can't go on all the days trips the home organises.

Since coming into Royley House just over 3 months ago my mum has come on immensely. She is more alert and takes part in some of the activities. Her dietary needs are being met and she is encouraged to eat and drink, also any requests are acted on promptly.

The care, compassion and dignity shown to my Mum by all the staff at Royley was exceptional and as a family we can't thank them enough. From the Management and administration to the Housekeeping, Catering, Events Co-ordinator, Hairdresser and Maintenance who all play their part in keeping the home clean and running smoothly. Always approachable, friendly and kind to myself and family, made to feel welcome and I grew very fond of the staff. Any issues we had were always resolved quickly and efficiently. Knowing my Mum was safe and happy when I left gave me great comfort. Thank you

As family visiting we experienced great sensitivity. especially at a sensitive time.

Honestly, my mum came to Pendlebrook three years ago. She had lots of issues and physical needs. Mum is in the capable and caring hands of all the wonderful staff at Pendle brook. We are a happy family know mum is in good hands. Thankyou

My dad has been a resident in Royley house for 6 months, the management team and all the staff have been amazing the way they have got to know my dad and his requirements. Activities take place daily, including day trips out, which is a favourite for not only my dad but for the other residents too. Royley house is a fantastic place!

My Grandparents have both been residents at Pendlebrook with very different needs and their care has been second to none. The care my grandad received at end of life was incredible, all the staff made time to come and sit with him and ensure he was as comfortable as possible right to the end. My Nan enjoys the vast amount of activities available and her room is clean and modern. No matter what time I turn up, day or night, the staff are friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this care home.

Royley House look for my Auntie with care and dignity. She can be very difficult and they do their best to care for her when when she in he difficult moments.

After visiting Margaret on a number of occasions, we have found that she is being extremely well cared for and can't praise the staff highly enough for all their patience and kindness shown over her stay there.

are absolutely wonderful with her. We couldn't wish for a better home. We are on the 2nd floor, a lovely room, great facilities, and secure which is important. Thanks to everyone!

I can rest easy knowing that my dad is very well looked after by all the amazing staff. Nothing is too much trouble and all the staff are so caring towards my dad. I'm extremely happy with the care he receives.

I highly recomend Royley House care home. My husband has been shown care and compassion from all members of staff his wishes are always at the heart of all decisions taken regardinging his care. The standards in every dept are 10 out 10 every day and im so grateful to every member of staff
