My mother has been a resident at Beech Grove for almost two years and has settled in completely. The staff are hard-working, caring and friendly. My mother is content, safe and could not be in better hands. I am more than happy to recommend Beech Grove to anyone who would need its services.

All the staff at Beech Grove are very helpful. The care they have shown my mother over the last two years has been excellent. If a problem arises at any time it is quickly attended to by the relevant team/staff. Family members are kept up to date with everything that's happening.

When I visit my uncle I always find him happy and contented. The staff are always kind and he is obviously very fond of them. He enjoys the food and it's good to see that he has put weight on and looks really well. He tells me how much he enjoys being in the home and considering I don't live locally I am given peace of mind.

Extremely happy with the care my wife is receiving. From day one she settled into such a friendly environment. All the staff are excellent, always welcoming, nothing is too much trouble.

While she's been a resident my wife's been on numerous trips out to the local cinema, local market place, out for lunch, and church. This has helped to keep her active.

My mum was at Beech Grove for approximately 18 months. She passed away quietly and with dignity in April last year.
Our experience started during Covid restrictions and the staff was fantastic. They kept us well-informed and helped us with long-distance video calls and window visits.

We were always made to feel very welcome and they treated my sisters and me with great kindness and thoughtfulness and lots of tea! Thank you.

My mum was always treated with love and respect, I always felt I was going to my mum's home, not a care home. Laughter can always be heard, not laughing at people but with people. I felt Mum was living with an extended family. Mum passed away on 25/1/23, and the treatment she received in her final days was nothing short of wonderful. The treatment we, the family, received was far beyond what money can buy. All the staff at Beech Grove are nothing short of fantastic. Thank you.

My friend's mum has been living at Beech Grove for approx 3 years and has received the best of care. The staff are warm and friendly and the level of care they deliver is of a very high standard. They have managed Covid-19 exceptionally well and deserve recognition for their hard work, care and tenacity in such difficult times.

I visited on Thursday 22nd July 2021 and was so pleased to see how well my friend's mum is being cared for; something she herself commented on. Thanks to everyone there for the care and attention you provide for this lovely lady and for all your Residents.

Mum receives excellent care at Beech Grove. The staff have worked tirelessly throughout the Covid pandemic to deliver a high-quality service to all their residents despite all the arising issues and difficulties. The staff team have offered us great reassurance and support during such a challenging time, and as a family, we are extremely appreciative of all they do for Mum and indeed all their residents

Mum has been a resident at Beech Grove for a few years now. Her care has been excellent throughout this time, especially during the last 14 months and the Covid pandemic. There has always been a friendly voice every time I phone, with calm consistency and organisation about dealing with the crisis. The staff have been amazing and my family and I are very relieved that mum has been at Beech Grove during this time. Thank you all of you!

After a fall the time came when Mum could no longer look after herself, it was hard to think of Mum in a 'care home'.
We chose Beech Grove as friends said it was a happy home and she was accepted. The staff are really friendly and helpful and it always seems to be a happy and caring home.
When I ring, Mum is either playing bingo, doing a quiz, joining in the singing or just quietly relaxing. She enjoys her food and always looks and smells nice, the staff even match her clothes!

It’s been very hard during the COVID outbreak for all concerned. I would like to congratulate the staff on how well they have dealt with it and our family when we have visited.

Mum seems very happy at Beech Grove. All staff we have met so far seem very caring and helpful. As a family, we are very thankful that Mum is safe and is getting the care she needs. I can't answer some of the ratings as we haven't yet been able to visit inside Beech Grove due to covid rules - Mum moved in during lockdown.

My mother-in-law has been residing in Beech Grove for the last 12 months. We are extremely pleased with the care and treatment she is receiving. The staff are responsive to requests for updates and info which has been very reassuring during the Covid-19 lockdown.

The only observation is discussion re-care plans we would like to review with the team at some point, I understand Covid-19 has stopped contact with families that would ordinarily have been done face to face.

My mum has been in Beech Grove for almost eighteen months. The staff are always very kind and helpful to her. She is always encouraged to join in any activities. We as a family are always made welcome when visiting, even if we can only talk to mum at a distance at the back door. We are also kept well informed of how mum is doing in general.
