The manager, admin staff and care team have been excellent with my mother over a period of two months respite care. Any issues raised have been professionally and immediately addressed in a resident focussed and family-inclusive manner. The natural friendliness and unflustered approach of the caring team have really helped our mother, nothing has been too much trouble, and they made visiting a pleasure. We will always be grateful to the whole team for going the extra mile to help.

My father stayed at Beech Grove for a few weeks after falling at home. After looking around a few homes this one for us was easily the best.
The home has an extremely happy and homely atmosphere and always smells clean and fresh.
The management and staff are so friendly and helpful that we had absolutely no doubt at all that dad was being well cared for.
He's not the easiest man to please having lived on his own for almost 30 years and he had no complaints.
The outside space is great and with such glorious weather, a huge plus as dad enjoyed sitting here or by the conservatory door watching the birds and sometimes chatting to other residents which is something that we hadn't expected him to do.
He enjoyed the food very much too.
I would recommend Beech Grove in a heartbeat.

Thank you

My mum is very happy in Beech Grove. All the staff are very attentive with her and will go the extra mile to attend to her needs.

She has settled far better than I expected due to the help of everyone that works there, which is a great weight off my mind.

Since my mother has been cared for in this care home, I have known such peace of mind. The staff are marvellous, going the extra mile to ensure all residents are happy, comfortable and safe. Being treated with dignity and respect, a real "family" feeling. All residents seem settled here, I tell family and friends about "Beech Grove" can't praise the staff enough, thank you all so much.

I chose Beech Grove because of the proximity to our home after my husband's not very good experience in another care home.
As it turned out I don't think we could have chosen better. The care he receives is exemplary. After various infections, no time is lost in getting him the necessary help he needs.

Great patience is required in dealing with residents with dementia and the staff always have this. Any concerns are dealt with quickly and resolved as soon as possible.

My mum was a resident at Beech Grove for just under 18months until she passed away a few weeks ago. The staff were patient and kind, tried their best to make mums life better. I was at the home most days so got to know a lot of the staff, I knew mum was in good hands.
The staff gave that extra care which showed that they genuinely wanted to make a difference. There was always lots of laughter and a relaxed atmosphere that made the place homely.

I would recommend Beech Grove to anyone.

Fantastic care home - over the moon with the care my dad is receiving. The most important thing is that my dad is happy and well cared for. This is an excellent feature of Beech Grove. The staff go 'over and above' to ensure my dad is always laughing and joking and they have clearly been well trained to deal with Alzheimer's. Can't praise them enough.

My mother-in-law moved into Beech Grove care home nearly three weeks ago and settled in quickly. We were able to personalise her room which now looks warm, comfortable and familiar. The staff were very welcoming and caring and quickly understood her needs. She is treated with kindness and respect and is encouraged to be as independent as possible. The staff respond quickly if she uses her call button and my mother-in-law feels safe and well cared for. She has enjoyed having her hair and nails done, good meals and being amongst people. We are very pleased to have found such a friendly place for her.

Dad spent the last 3 years of his life at Beech Grove and passed away aged 98 on 22nd June 2015. During his time there he was happy and settled but didn't mix with the other residents which was his own choice. The staff, all of them from the manager to the cleaners and kitchen staff treated him with the utmost respect and always had time to share with him anything he wanted to share with them. Beech Grove is a happy place with a homely atmosphere, the care from all is excellent. The food is very good and I would recommend Beech Grove to anyone who is thinking of either short of long term care.

My father went into Beech Grove in March 2012. He was 95, needed help with a catheter and leg dressings for ulcers, could still walk about with the help of a stick and had no dementia. He didn't want to go into a care home but accepted that it was necessary. Much to everyone's surprise he enjoyed it! The staff treated him really well, he was allowed a lot of privacy. His room was warn, cosy, homely and he was allowed to personalise it with his own belongings, which made a difference. Beech Grove has a warm, cheerful atmosphere.

From the moment mum went into the home the staff couldn't have been better. She felt at home straight away and enjoyed staying there. She was always well looked after by all the staff, always kept very clean and tidy, clothes were washed daily. The staff also made me feel at home whenever I went, usually weekly, they were very welcoming at the end of mums life (she died there). They were wonderful nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff, management, to cleaner they all loved her and we were with her when she died which was hard but we felt at home. We never had any problems and would recommend the home.

My mother was a resident for just over 2 years at Beech Grove, and during that time she received the best care and attention that anyone could have wished for in this homely caring environment. During her final weeks of live, she received care and attention from compassionate, loving and caring staff, who were just as upset as her family on her passing. We cannot praise the staff and management enough.
