A privately owned purpose built residential care home set in 5 acres which has been sympathetically modernised to create a relaxed, homely, safe place for 24 residents to live happily in a warm and loving atmosphere.

My experince of my mother being in the care home is very positive. The manager and staff are extremely positive and upbeat. Nothing is too much trouble. Mum's bedroom is very nice and always kept tidy. It is kept to a very high standard, and we are very pleased. I am concerned about the price of the
care. This is my only issue.

Very apprehensive about my 99-year-old dad going into care after a bad fall, but I needn't have worried. From day one all the staff and especially the manageress made a positive impact on me and more importantly took over the role of caring and keeping my dad safe. After a few teething problems (created
by my dad, not the wonderful staff), he has settled in very nicely and looks extremely well. it is a pleasure to visit any time as there is no restriction and I am made to feel welcome, every time I walk through the door. I am so grateful to all the staff. Thank you so much, you have lifted the guilt I feel, as I cannot fault the care you are giving my dad.

Can't thank the staff enough for looking after Mum, especially as she is now bedridden. The care has been wonderful, and the staff have been very caring about Mum's needs. I am always made to feel very welcome when I visit. The home is very lucky to have her at the hem; she is an excellent manager.

Mum fell at home in 2021, an accident that started her transition through awful hospital experiences and the care system. My sister and I moved Mum from a failing care home to Coote Lane Residential Home in January 2022. We knew we needed to relocate her quickly but making the decision about an alternative
home wasn't easy. We quickly realised to our relief that the manager at Coote Lane was the sort of caring, empathetic, open, honest, professional person in whom we could place our trust to give Mum the best life experiences possible in the circumstances. The manager heads a quality management and supervisory team who motivate the staff they lead to give the best of themselves to the residents. Genuine kindness and empathy and emotional intelligence with good communication skills are surely all key basic requirements for anyone tasked with looking after our elderly loved ones and I have met many members of staff at Coote Lane who possess these qualities. Keep striving!

The care my aunt received at Coote Lane Residential Home was exceptional. The staff treat them as if they are their own family member. Also, the welcome they give to the visiting relatives is lovely. Nothing is too much trouble, from offering a cup of tea to them answering any questions or concerns

I can not fault the care that has been given to my grandad. The staff bend over backwards to meet his needs. The staff also make the family members really welcome. I know the job is challenging however the staff remain very professional. My other grandad was also a resident and his care was fantastic

A wonderful visit for my mum's 90th birthday. The staff had decorated the room beautifully and were so helpful and friendly. Mum is very happy here she especially enjoys the food! I feel she is very well cared for and looked after.

We were looking for a home for Mum that was home from home rather than institutional. We think we found it at Coote Lane Residential Home. The manager is professional and passionate about the quality of life as well as the care given to the residents. After looking around the home, which looks much
more homely than some we’d seen, we made the decision that this was the place for Mum. She is still at the settling in stage but so far is settling well. It’s a big change which is helped by the friendly staff who both care for her and help her while allowing her some level of independence. We look forward to being part of the Coote Lane family in the future.

My 50-year-old brother has been poorly for two years now. Unfortunately, he is struggling to look after himself. I had to find a care home. I walked into Coote Lane Care Home and was overwhelmed at the staff. They made me feel so comfortable in helping choose. The building is so homely, the rooms are
amazing and the kitchen is super. Because he is still quite young to be there I was worried about how he would feel. He absolutely loves it. He has just had the best Christmas he's ever had. The staff are so flexible to his needs. He is looking so happy and less miserable (stuck unwell in a flat on his own). He's even put on weight with all the amazing food.
